Optic
Anyone else seen this mecha anime movie title? It's written by Gen Urobuchi, who also brought us ALDNOAH.ZERO, Puella Magi Madoka Magica and PSYCHO-PASS. So expect some philosophical elements. I admit that Angela Balzac's outfit caught my eye. Very futuristic looking. And a bit of fan service.. Very solid amount of mecha action (especially towards the end). My favourite moments are between Angela and "Dingo", as Angela is your typical tsundere. Interesting remarks with the two having to work together. I would highly recommend giving it a watch if you like mecha, post-apocalyptic or humanity philosophical themes. There's a strong chance you'll like it too if you enjoy any of the titles I mentioned above.
drill
I've known about this anime since it aired, but since it was a movie instead of a series, I kinda overlooked it. Since its written by the same person who did Aldnoah though, I might check it out sometime soon.

Ryuji
Rakuen Tsuiho: Expelled from Paradise......was freaking awesome! Angela was a really relatable character and a tsundere I would have liked to have seen more of the state of Earth. Apart from the mutant sand worms (which were sort of good since they provided edible meat), I didn't see what was so bad about it. Did they even explain what the "Nano Hazard" was? Other than that, it was amazing. The plot twist was really nice and I totally wasn't expecting it. The ending did make me a little sad though. I would love a sequel
drill
Just finished watching it. Although, it got put off until today, I really wish it hadn't. Out of the five total anime (including this one), I ended up giving it a 100. The characters were really well made, and the show was one that didn't feel like it should be a full one or two cour anime, but did well as a movie. Dingo is my favorite character. Definitely one of a kind. Also, I just felt like the characters felt really well rounded and felt like real people, unlike some other anime today where personalities can feel to fictitious or just way too cliche. The ending did make me a little sad though. I would love a sequel 3 I would love a sequel as well. It should be one with a Dingo x Angela pairing set 10 or so years later, and Deva is trying to do something again, or maybe some new entity that threatens both Deva and Earth shows up, and they have to work together to defeat it. I have a feeling that this is one of those anime that have a high rewatch value, so maybe next time, I'll watch it on my TV instead of the computer monitor.
