It's epic! I've only watched ufotable's Fate/Zero prior to this and have never played any of the VNs so it's a very fresh experience for me. I know I must be cliche but Saber is my favourite character. Rin is pretty cool too but I hope she gives Shiro Emiya a break soon! Great action, very atmospheric music and the pacing of the story is done really well. Looking forward to episode 04. That cliffhanger, agh!

Yeah I agree the screen time for all the characters of Sword Art Online is all over the place. I still prefer the SAO outfits over AO, especially Silica's one: The manga and light novels probably had much more backstory.

Clannad was a really good anime. I'm rewatching After Story now, and found that the only arc I didn't like was I think that if After Story was 12 episodes like Refrain was, it would have been much better. @Optic: Angel Beats has a different producer than Clannad. Also, Clannad will have a different feel than Angel Beats as it was adapted from a VN where Angel Beats is an anime that will be getting a VN adaption.
