  4. I just saw you also like D-Frag! The anime was so much fun, I want to read the manga. The library has it and I've gotten the first one, but haven't finished it yet since I'm reading several other long series of manga as well. Have you seen much newer anime, such as My Hero Academia? Fairy Tail? The Royal Tutor? If you like D-Frag you might like Monthly Girls' Nozaki-Kun. Vampire Knight is good if you like paranormal and Shoujo with a slightly darker edge to it. If you like sports anime Major is really good and has a lot of seasons.

  5. Been feeling fine for the most part these past couple days. Nothing has really brought me down lately, sure I do get times where I do feel down but those times are not many nowadays. Nice to have met someone new today and talk all day with them that was fun! School's been going well I guess too, kind of being lazy and not doing work which is bad because I won't pass if I don't do any work. Just a bad habit I have, still need to work on my sleeping schedule too that needs to be fixed. Health wise I'm good. I just thought I'd start with something simple before I get into other things. So yeah this is my first blog here.

  6. Hi! My name is Elise. I am 20 years old and I'm from Norway. I like games, anime, pizza, RPGs, books and music (mainly Indie Rock) and cute things. My favourite books are crime novels and the anime I watch are mostly romances. My favourite games are Mass Effect Trilogy, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, World of Warcraft, RuneScape and Overwatch. My favourite anime are Your Lie in April, Made in Abyss, Clannad and KonoSuba. I came across these forums while searching for a nice community. And look I found just that!

When thinking or stressed I have a habit of making my short hair stick straight up. 4. i've never been healthy enough to have a job; though I'm always looking for ways to improve my health so that I can hopefully get one soon. Finding the right specialists and medicines to help is making a big difference! 5. I have four hedgehogs, three of which were given to me since people knew I would give them all the love and care they needed.

  9. Alright, alright, now about me. 1: I take forever to eat, I make sure to chew every bit of my food; Its not worth eating unless you enjoy it to the fullest. 2: I am a perfectionist when it comes to things I really like, like for example, gaming. I keep at one thing for hours and I don't care how long it takes, if its something I cant do yet I will be able to do it before the day is up. 3: I am a germophobe. I hate germs and I hate being sick, I avoid any and all contact with people I can; I don't touch things when I go out places and if I do I like to use hand sanitizer immediately afterwards. 4: I fall asleep almost instantaneously all the time. Even when I am not tired, if I get in bed it takes only about a minute and I'm out for the rest of the night. 5: I have a bad habit of popping my knuckles that I have been trying to break a while; I broke my nail biting/picking habit a few months ago. That's a lil' about myself.

  11. Probably not what you are looking for, but I have used this site before in a few games in real life. https://www.random.org/ I do not know if it has what you want, but it has quite a few different options for randomizers, so it might have something.

  18. Angel Beats is perfect as is. No sense in ruining it with a second season. If you want more Angel Beats, just read the Visual Novel.

  20. Being a SAO fan, maybe try Log Horizon. Or if you are feeling the harem vibe, Ambition of Oda Nobuna. It's a little bit odd, but I actually enjoyed it. Not sure how long you've been watching anime, but dot Hack is another you might be interested in. It was probably the first video game related anime to come out. I think SAO truthfully pulled a lot of inspiration (if not modified ideas) from dot Hack to begin with so put it on your list if you've never seen it. If you are looking to try a Space Opera, I'd recommend Knights of Sidonia or any of the Matsumoto works. If you like a lot of ecchi maybe The Girl Who Leapt Through Space (all subbed). If you are thinking about a Mystery, try Dusk Maiden of Amnesia or Another. Dusk Maiden has a big harem aspect to it and Another is more focused on horror/suspense. Some of my favorites are Log Horizon, Snow White with the Red Hair, Yona of the Dawn, Bacanno!, Selector WIXOSS (magical girl series...had a definite Madoka vibe to it)....too many to name really. I loved Familiar of Zero and even convinced my best friend to watch it (she loved it too). That one however is a love it or hate it one. People tend to form very strong emotions towards it. If you want a lite - harem (one guy, lots of women, but no one trying to get in anyone's pants) Lord Marksman and Vanadis is quite good. Good luck Let us know which ones you end up watching and if you like them.

  26. Ok, so I know this is a little late into it, but I have received two more questions through PM, and I would like to share them anyway. Now, the first one that I get quite allot is advice when it comes to relationships and so forth. While I'm not truly experienced in this topic (Since I currently have no interest in a relationship, and I am completely dedicated to nothing but work and making sure friends, family and myself are ok) I can happily say without a doubt that this mostly falls into a category that I like to call "Get to know a person before you jump the boat." Thing is, you cannot rush a relationship. It takes more then a few months to get to know a person properly. In-fact, it should take you a year in order to fully understand and be with a person to get to know them fully. While some will disagree with me, you are completely entitled to do so, but like I always say; If it takes you at least 18-24 years to find out about yourself, then I don't think your going to learn about a new person in one or two months. That's ridiculous. Still, on this account, you also need to consider the situations surrounding the two of you. Obviously, certain relationships may be harder to maintain, due to work or distance. Regardless, this may prove an issue, however this should only be seen as a negative if it actively impairs the two of you. otherwise, simply finding ways around the problem is always advised, as doing so shows love and devotion to your partner. Anyway, like I said, I really shouldn't give love advice, since I wouldn't really know where to begin It's an experience that you as an individual have to learn. It affects us in so many different ways, that it is next to impossible to give direct advice. All I would suggest is holding back for a while (Aka, get to know the person better, and don't rush things, or it can come across as forced), always remain a gentlemen/lady and respect the other member within the relationship. you are both individuals after all, and you both have separate ideas and needs, such as the financial, medical and family situations. And lastly, just be yourself ^w^ If the person wont accept you for who you actually are, then it was possibly not love in the first place. .... The second question I seem to receive quite often is why I use "^w^" So much. Well, that's actually a fairly long story. A long time ago (Aka, 3 years. not actually that long, but you know ) I used to be a competitive player on a game called "Block and load" Sounds stupid, but I got on pretty well with the community (Its small now, but back then it was fairly big). When I was within the community, I used to do a tone of live-streams and competitive matches within the game, especially with the actual developers (Most were pretty nice, although one of them was one of my arch rivals at one stage.). While it was fun, I used to be called..... Well..... ....Cinnamon roll..... Don't you dare laugh! I know you are laughing! Anyway, i was called that because I wanted to make a "Emote" that was unique to me, so that whenever I was in a match, I could use it to signify that it was actually me playing. Regardless, that meant that quite allot of the players within the community saw me as a "Mascot" player, so I was dubbed the nickname of cinnamon roll, even when playing competitively. I also never used a mic, so while everyone was chatting away, i would type and play at the same time, which was rather tricky but kind of fun. Heck, i even did a live panel at one point, which was me and about twelve others from the community, and they thought it would be funny to make my stand a cardboard box with a giant neon sign above it with "Cinnamon roll". Anyway, long story short, i use ^w^ quite often in honor of that, because lets face it... ....if you cant beat them, join them

  29. I'd love to see a short episode or something about the afterlife! I don't know if I'd want to see too much more, though, as the anime felt pretty complete to me. I think the manga has a little more on what happens after the finale, too, though I haven't read it ^^" Love Angel Beats, though; I think I might rather see a more detailed remake than a sequel though IMHO, but it's a bit too soon for that :3

  32. I guess it's not widely known, I only happened to come across it years ago, and only more recently have I finished it. One thing I like about it is that the characters all have reasons for what they do and it is done excellently in this series.

  33. 1. I have mental illness and been dealing with it ever since I was in eighth grade, so it has be an up and down battle most my life. Now I can finally say its been going so much better and I'm happy I've came a long way from when I was younger. I try and do my best to be positive by thinking and doing positive stuff in my life and it has been working. True, I still have some off days but its A LOT better than it was in the past for me. 2. I love to do a lot of art related things since I am pretty creative. I think I'm most good at is graphic design making GFX stuff. Since I worked a lot in Photoshop in high school and just developed a passion for it. But before I did it in school more I did it on and off for years by myself in my spear time. 3. I love to watch movies in my spear time since I guess you can call me a movie fanatic and just enjoy watching all kinds of movies. 4. I been into anime since I was 14 years old and seen a lot over the years but had some times where I stopped watching it and did other things but now since I joined this forum trying to get back into it as well as other geek related things. Since I enjoy it a lot and I grew up with it. 5. I love my family ( also all my pets ) and few friends I have and appreciate them a lot since I would be lost without them. Love you guys ❤

  34. 1. I have social anxiety and struggle with even the smallest social situations such as: ordering food, standing in line at a checkout, making eye contact, or even just being in the same room as someone besides my family. 2. I tend to get so mentally and emotionally invested in Tv shows/Anime that I can get slight panic attacks whenever I even think of something bad happening to my favorite characters; I think this is due to the fact that I have no actual humans to connect with and instead put all my time and effort into loving these Anime characters. 3. I look much older than I actually am and I was once stopped in a grocery store by a nice old woman who asked me how I had enough energy to, "Raise those kids?" after she saw me helping my youngest sister off a counter while still holding my other sisters hand and keeping her from running away and looking at whatever she was interested in. 4. I've also been told that I seem much older online than I actually am due to the fact that I'm so wordy and grammatical with everything, but that's just due to my perfectionist tendencies and needing the grammar to be correct. 5. My wordiness comes from all the books I've read in my life time seeing I used to spend days just reading books and doing nothing else because I thought they were so amazing, I ended up reading pretty much every book I own and every book from every library I ever went to that I found worth reading ... This was, and is, also something that I can put way more effort and time into than actually communicating with another human being.

  35. 1. I am mostly introverted, and it disgusts me when people think I need to talk to more people. 2. Getting baptized into the church I attend frightened me really badly. 3. I have little to no interest in serious relationships in real life, even though I know how bonds are made. 4. In real life, I look younger than I actually am. 5. I am noise sensitive.

  36. I am jelly. As for myself... 1: I'm horrifyingly lazy, shy, and and socially timid offline. 2: ... and yet, when push comes to shove, apparently quite good at hiding this and appearing to be extremely outgoing and charismatic. 3: Before becoming a housewife I've worked as both an IT manager, and as a locksmith. 4: ... yes, I know how to pick locks, among other things. 5: I absolutely friggin' love trashy pop songs.
