Hey all! I know I've mentioned it here before, but every year in July Sentai Filmworks does a summer sale from their shop, knocking prices down up to 90% off (some titles as low as "$4-5 for a set) so if they have any titles you've been interested in for your collection to own or have been saving up for, now is the time to shop. They won't do this again until Christmas time. I'm planning on getting the Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon series this time around and round out my collection with some other titles I had been waiting on. Anyone else got their eyes on an especially good buy this year? @Fireduck I believe I remember you saying you were looking to make a lot of anime purchases to catch up on your collection in a previous thread. Definitely check it out. Even if you don't get anything this time, a lot of the same or similar titles will be on sale come Christmas so you can plan your Christmas shopping if nothing else.

Hey guys. Just thought I'd share my great anime day with ya! Not only did I receive my anime haul today, but I also got a personalized hand written card from rightstuf! Now maybe it's cause I'm fairly new and don't order a lot that I'm receiving one of these for the first time, and maybe it's well known that they do this, but I thought I'd share. They hand wrote me a card thanking me for purchasing Anohana, which was not in this order but in my last! Seriously I had NO idea they did this!!! When I saw the envelope I thought it might be a gerneric 4th of July card from them, or even a "sorry we had to cancel one of your ordered items". (I ordered Cowboy Bebop and they ran out of stock) This card came in a separate envelope and wasn't in the anime box. Seriously I'm VERY impressed and the card will be a part of my collection always!

Made in Abyss-$59.99 Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon-$39.99 Squid Girl-$39.99 Flying Witch-$29.99 Thats crazy cheap!!! You can't beat those prices! Since I'm tight on cash and can't buy all the LE's on my want list I went for the "low stock" ones first. I don't want to chance missing out. The only low stock one I left on the table was K-On. But that's still at over $100 and I can't afford that right now. Hopefully it lasts a bit longer. I guess now I can delete those 4 off of my wishlist on Rightstuf.

I've been charging my car at work where they have a bunch of chargers installed in the parking garage. They're charging (no pun intended) $0.12/kWh for the electrons so - since my car is a PHEV - I was wondering how that equates to gas prices. IOW, at what point does it make more sense to fill up my car with gas than with electrons? Some base numbers for my particular situation, given California gas and electricity prices and Prius Prime as my car: Price for regular gas = $3.80/gal My car's miles/gallon = 60 My car's miles/kilowatt-hour = 3.64 According to my math, that means: A mile on gas costs about $0.63. A mile on electrons costs $0.33. At $3.80/gallon, electricity could cost up to $0.20/kWh before gas becomes the cheaper option. At $0.12/kWh, gas would have to drop to below $2.30/gal to make gas a better deal. FWIW...

I didn't feel like the focus of the story was on her sexual orientation, but rather her depression and her own personal struggles. To be honest, I found it to be pretty relatable especially if a person has ever struggled with depression. I remember the one line where she is talking about not being able to accept people's compliments and I was like "Yes!" I totally understand that feeling.

I always buy collections around Christmas time. Thanks for sharing that valuable information. I have previously ordered on amazon for everything. But with a sale like that, who could pass it up!?

So this is a bit of an up date about the visual novel as well as other projects I'm working on. I'm currently on 4th chapter of the visual novel. It's weird that we still don't have a name for it but I guess that can wait. I'm also starting another regular short story that I'll probably post a link to one of these days, when I finish it. I've got some cover art for it you can look at. Tell me what you think.

You know what the best thing about online shopping is? I can buy my niece dolls and doll paraphernalia for her birthday without getting weird looks.

Haha im 16 now, and i dont know to cook xDI live in a village 10 miles away from city, in my village there is no place to buy meat, and for city, i dont have transport most of the time :/(the reason i couldnt go to the gym anymore) When i come to work, for breakfast they give us 1 national Serbian meal that is shit for body trust me(it is full of salt, no meat, no vegetables, only bread and something on it.. it weights about 200grams... But i can not complain or else i will get fired. For lunch same shit, i swear. For dinner at home, i cook up to 4 eggs, some chicken and rice. U are very nice, i appreciate that Wanna sent recepies in DM? I dont have time for them now, but for 20 days when i stop working i will use them, thanks
