So I updated my about me cause It's been a few years. This is what I had originally written Hi I am a 33 yr old single parent. I love anime and manga among other things. Pretty much in my free time these days I watch anime and read manga. To: About Me Hello, I am in my mid thirties. I am a single parent to my adorable son. I was born at the end of May making me a Gemini. I fully embrace my twin soul. I work as a photographer and I am part of a family crafting business. I served in Army National Guard/Reserves for 8 yrs and then served another 6 yr working a Federal Government job. I live at home again with my parents. Not ideal but that is life for you. I am glad I have family support though. Since I am on here I guess you already know I love anime and manga. I love Japan one day I hope to see it with my own two eyes. I'm trying to learn Japanese. I am an avid bowler have been bowling for 20 years my current avg right now is 158. I also love to read urban fantasy.

UWU! Last night I started Carole and Tuesday, not really sure what to expect. I'm a big fan of old school music, but listen to a very wide breadth of genres. So I've been pleasantly surprised by the music in this show! I loved the Bebop soundtrack, but I don't think Yoko Kano is working on this one. I am also really loving the characters! And the comedy isn't over the top, but definitely makes me chuckle. Anyone else watching this? It's on Netflix now, so if you stream it's available :3

So I totally binge watched the first season. Honest speaking the the music genre anime really lack for me sometimes. So I was a bit hesitant to watch but the clip I saw sounded beautiful so I thought I would give it a whirl. I was pleasantly surprised but the depth. This is more like what I want to see a mix of music and good plot. I don't know if it was the sound quality of my t.v. but sometimes I found it hard to hear the lyrics of the songs being sang. Anyways it was refreshing to hear and follow their story.

If you’re only looking at the current season, there’s not a whole lot that meets your criteria. Koisuru Asteroid (Asteroid in Love) makes a reveal in the first ep that suggests a yuri romance, but it’s stayed pretty lowkey so far. It’s a SoL series. If my Favorite Idol Makes it to Budokan, I would Die also hints at a yuri relationship. It’s more of a comedy so far. If you’re ok with a heterosexual romcom SoL with science thrown in, Science Fell in Love so I Tried to Prove It is really good IMO. Finally, I’m really enjoying ID:Invaded which depending on your definition could qualify as scifi. It involves using technology to create VR environments of serial killer’s minds in order to look for clues to help capture them.

Dropping this movie since you enjoyed Rocket Girls https://myanimelist.net/anime/1034/Ouritsu_Uchuugun__Honneamise_no_Tsubasa and Ova There's supposed to be a full length anime for Uru in Blue releasing in 2022. Its "an alternate history retelling of the early Space Race from the POV of the Soviet Union". I haven't watched them yet myself, but you have spurred my interest in this field now so its in my PTW. I hope you find them interesting. If not, my bad
