I have never read manga, but black butler made me consider it Are most of the ones you mentioned 'new'? As in, later than 2015 I guess Oh I so recommend them, they are awesome! It's about a human who was created by the crystal of his Forgataelian sister. The Forgatae are a race of powerhouses that use a crystal to live forever. Normally the crystalized person is the opposite gender of the Forgate. So in my case my Forgataelian name is Masamine Sozoell and this name would be female. Anyway as the main character Kaz is his name lives his life he and his sister were experimented on causing him to hate the army and people with guns pointed at him. So he killed whoever pointed one or had one out. He adopts a five year old girl named Agitha whom he grows close with and slowly stops killing and becomes a father. He made a team along his adventures in the first part and they found out the corrupted demigod was coming to make Earth his new base. He met gods as well they tell his team the news. They defeat his forces and Agitha purifies him and he turned out to be one of the goddess's boy friend.

My idea at the moment is a sci-fantasy about eight swords that each possess a certain ability that allows it to manipulate some natural phenomena (i.e. phase transitions (solids, liquids, gases, plasma), space-time, causality, etc). Each of them are spread out across different empires and kingdoms who are competing to control them. I'm still figuring everything out at the moment. Early stages, as I say. What are your books about and is there somehow I can check the out?

Do you guys ever get affected by an anime so much that whenever you hear a soundtrack from that anime you feel a whole whirlpool of emotions? For me one of such anime is Steins Gate, gosh I always stop just to listen to it. Unless it is too sad for my current state of mind

@EvaUnit69 I loved Starcraft 1 & 2. I am very proud of my special edition of legacy of the void. I was gutted when they said they wouldn't revisit the Starcraft universe again. I just hope that Blizzard leaves Activision and goes back to making some amazing games.

yeah we are getting old I still remember the first time a few years back when some older teenagers called me 'mister' and I thought like 'come on, I'm not much older than you, am I?' also don't appreciate the hair density on my head steadily decreasing with age

Definitely feel that too. But several active members here are in their 30s at least & no one’s made feel unwelcome, everyone’s really friendly. I’m still one of the older members, but there’s at least one who has a couple years on me In recent years I’d mainly been watching newer series, but still have some older ones to catch up on or finish (Fate Stay Night). May finally get around to it as it’s starting to look like the pandemic could cause a lot of simulcasts to go on hiatus. A bit disappointed since there have been more series this season that seemed enjoyable than in quite awhile. Hopefully they’ll all get their chance once this is over with, even if it takes awhile. I don’t mind delays, but hope they don’t get scrapped & go unfinished. These are by the same creator, btw Might want to check out a currently airing series called Appare Ranman because it has a similar feel to it.

I just binged Black Butler a few weeks ago & loved it! I'm a huge fan of horror anime though so no surprise there lol. I'm also really into My Hero Academia, Black Clover, & Fire Force. Some of my more relaxing favorites are Somali and the Forest Spirit & Mushi-Shi. All of your favorites are on my 'To-Watch' list

I have many passions learning and helping others to learn is a big one. Though when it comes to my more specific passions of interest that would be science, technology, art, writing. I understand a couple of those are quite broad, but hey I like learning about them all.

I'm passionate about writing, specifically roleplaying in general-- I like to imagine myself as a certain fictional character and create AUs, y'know? It's really fun!
