I actually haven’t watched it yet either, though it’s still on my PTW list. @Kreideprinz comments & yours definitely make me want to check it out. Sorry to hear about your difficulties, hope things gave at least improved somewhat. And good to hear from you after awhile.

Did you end up watching it? I started it a while back, but by the time the pandemic hit full force, having known where things were going, I got a little too depressed to finish it XD I want to go back, because honestly the episodes I saw were good. I went into the show thinking it was going to be a crappy cash grab, but it was actually well thought out and I wanted to finish it (just didn't have it in me at the time). Sorry for like...the stupidly delayed response. 2021 was a very...very bad year at our place (not getting into it, but lots of trips to the hospital, which was a place we wanted to avoid D:)

Ok so this story is not about me but about my friend... To summarize it he wore the atatsuki uniform for half a year EVERY DAY EVEN WHEN HE WAS AT SCHOOL!!!!!! He is on another level.

You also up your electric bill by having to repeatedly use electronic devices when a non-electronic device is available. Yeah you use your iPad/laptop for other stuff too but only to display pages for hours? I'd rather have a book.

I recommend both of these! Yes! You cannot go wrong with either one. Berserk has been a long time fav of mine, and I just started Gantz 2 months ago...love it too!

I can't read "books" on an LCD display, at least not for more than half an hour or so. Something about the backlighting starts to take it's toll after a while. Any longer than that and I tend to get a headache from the eyestrain. The e-ink displays (like in the non-Fire Kindles such as the paperwhite) I don't seem to have a problem with. I've pulled all-nighters reading stuff on my Boox with no problem. Well, nothing besides the sleep deprivation anyway. I'm really interested in the full review of the Poke. I like the 10-inch size of my Boox Note though. If they can get me the color display of the Poke at the size and with the built-in wacom (and battery life) of my 10-inch Note Pro then I will simply have to get one.

Trying to hold out until the color e-ink displays get deployed but I'm already thinking about upgrading from my old Boox to some newer hardware....
