Felt like getting out for the first time in a long time yesterday, and it was much-needed. It always amazes me to think something as simple as walking through a park would do so much to put an extra spring in your step! Feeling good and well-rested today. Hope y'all are having a decent Monday!

rewatching Gin no Saji (Silver Spoon), as I do from time to time.

I'm currently trying to deal with the fact that my job is being eliminated at the end of this week. I like my job very much, but with Covid-19 being downplayed the need for Covid-19 screeners is non-existent. I work for a security firm. My manager says he is trying to get my status changed from screener to officer and put me in a new post at the same site, but I haven't heard anything from him in two weeks. Yes, I'm nervous about my future, but no one needs to know that... Status: Nervous and depressed

I feel nothing and it's even worse than last month. I think I'm starting to be depressed. I don't have energy for anything. Even doing what I like or going to school. This may just be a side effect of the medicine I take and my cold. At least that's what I hope. I'm also forgetting everything from simple things to what I love. I don't remember which emotion are which and I'm just feeling like shit. I have never felt this weak in my life. I don't know who to trust and I feel like I'm trusting myself less and less. I'm making my parents worry about me and I feel like there is no hope anymore.

Picked up Chainsaw Man volume 1 and began reading the first chapter. Looks promising so far.

I could not get into Neon Genesis Evangelion. Shows like Naruto and Bleach to me started out okay but then turned into something else. If Naruto would have just stayed about going on missions and saving people, I think I might have stuck with it more. But once it just became about Sasuke I lost interest. (And it kind of urked me that we had a 50ish ep arc for the chunnin exams, just for them to be called off because of an attack. So the last 50 eps were just wasted? True there were some fun moments in there, but still.)

Best of luck to you my friend. When I took my meds for the first time it gave me a copper taste that lasted two weeks I had to trust my dr. Trust helps but yeah listen to yourself too and be safe. Having a support group is a huge help. Letting family know how you're doing.

I agree with you about Chibi Usa in series 3, she's not quite so annoying and it's quite funny when her attacks lack range and power. What really annoyed me about series 4 was that at the end of series 3 Sailor Moon's character had grown and she'd matured quite a bit, but at the start of 4 she was back to where she was in series 1 and all her character development was wiped out. Actually, a lot of things annoyed me about series 4 but that's one of my main annoyances. Yes, Sailor Saturn trumps all when it comes to power and that Silence Glaive of hers looks a fearsome weapon.

There are things about it that are different (Even in the first 25 eps) because when it was made, the Manga wasn't finished, but IIRC, in an interview, the manga creator said that while it was very different than what they had in mind, What they came up with was verry interesting to them. And I LOVE the music of the original series.

At the peak of happiness. I've been on an antidepressant and I think it's doing me a lot of good. Most of my fears about this brand have passed. Learning about myself and taking action to change with my counselor. There was a time I wouldn't be talking about any of this but hiding away wasn't working out. I'm doing better at accepting myself because a few friends I've made showed me it was possible. Want to thank the old me for holding on so long. I can take it from here and I won't be forgetting.

You know, I sat and tried to think of Anime MILFS for a solid minute and was kind of stumped. I mean I've seen lots of sexy female characters in anime, but do they all count as MILFS. Is it just stacked women who have some motherly instinct or trait? Or do they legit need to be mothers? I went for the second option in the end. So these all are sexy anime mothers I could think of. First up no thread is complete without a needless Fate plug and another Enizbern, this time going for the tragically doomed Irisfield. @MarathonGuy1337 will appreciate Yasuko, from Toradora. Then Junko, from Madoka Magica, I mean she's more moe but I was running out of characters to choose. Finally the Chimera Ant Queen... not the prettiest anime mother, but she was pretty cool.
