  1. My father passed away in 2015 and the first Father's Day without him was the hardest, although it never really gets any easier as the years go by. The same goes for Mother's Day. The best advice I was given was to pause and give thanks for all the love they gave me and all they meant to me and things they did for me, then move on with my life which is what they would want me to do. Crying a bit is OK too.

  3. I forgot to do this yesterday so ima do it now~ You can call me Kaiya, I am female and use she/her pronouns. My age rage is 11-13 so I'm fairly young. I love to draw, eat, play video games and, ofc, watch anime! Other stuff too but we don't talk about that- My favourite animes would have to be Death Note and the Danganronpa series. My favourite video games are the Danganronpa series again (I just rlly love DR) and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet. I'm always happy to make friends so just ask if you want to!

  6. Taken from CBR.com: A reboot of the fan-favorite Funimation anime series Trigun, centered on the good-natured outlaw known as Vash the Stampede, is on its way to Crunchyroll from Toho. Officially titled Trigun Stampede, the upcoming reboot was announced Thursday, June 16. Set to be released in 2023, the anime features an all-new voice cast an animation staff, and will be simulcast from Japan in more than 200 worldwide countries. More information will be revealed at Anime Expo 2022 in Los Angeles during Crunchyroll's panel on Saturday, July 2. Trigun is based on a manga written and illustrated by Yasuhiro Nightow, first serialized in Monthly Shōnen Captain beginning in April 1995. It was adapted into an anime that aired in 1998, meeting with great success across the globe and now considered a classic by many fans thanks to its colorful blend of action, comedy and drama. The story followed Vash the Stampede, a gunman whose reputation for destruction and violence has spread to legendary proportions, despite his peaceful nature and aversion to hurting anyone. It takes place in a space western setting, specifically on a planet called No Man's Land where Vash is constantly pursued by bounty hunters and a pair of insurance agents seeking to hold him accountable for the property damage which seems to follow him everywhere. Trigun Stampede will be produced by Orange, the animation studio behind Netflix's Beastars. The series has a new official website at trigun-anime.com, and its official Twitter account can be found at @trigun_anime. Nightow and several producers of Trigun Stampede will appear as panelists at the Anime Expo panel to discuss details of the show and take audiences behind the scenes of its production. Crunchyroll recently announced that the original Trigun anime would be joining its streaming catalog, along with other classic Funimation anime titles such as Shinichiro Watanabe's Space Dandy.

  9. I stumbled on this website a few weeks back? Fate/Grand Carnival Official USA Website (fate-go.us) Right now it just got some info on the cast and crew, characters and episodes. It doesn't seem to have had an updates since it first went public. I wonder why Fate Grand Carnival got a English Website? It could indicate it might get a similar treatment to other Fate works owned by Aniplex? Or it could be simply just so English native readers can more easily keep up with the production, episodes and such. Interesting none the less.

  11. I became very well acquainted with Darik's Boot-n-Nuke program back in those days. Every time the PC caught a virus, I'd wipe the hard drive clean and reinstall the OS. Had to save any files that would fit on those old 3.5" floppy disks to prevent losing them. If they were too large to fit on those, I'd burn them on CDs. Gotta say, I'm loving cloud storage these days. And yes, I'd take Vista any day over ME. Sometimes I used to think ME was itself a virus.

  13. I've now finished watching the second series of Magic Knight Rayearth. The build-up to the final battle is quite dramatic but I think the most touching scene is Hikaru's final confrontation with Nova. Overall I think the series benefits from having the creators of the manga involved in the anime, but I still think that the anime ending is better than the manga ending.

  14. I suffered from having a laptop with Windows ME installed and I regularly threatened it with an upgrade to Windows 98 ! I only used it when away from home, but eventually it crashed once too often and was replaced. I think Windows ME must be the worst OS Microsoft have ever released* Windows Vista wasn't good, but it wasn't bad as long as you didn't ask too much of it. * My own opinion is that Windows ME wasn't actually released, it escaped and was never recaptured.

  17. Multimap Definition: In computer science, a multimap is a generalization of a map or associative array abstract data type in which more than one value may be associated with and returned for a given key. Both map and multimap are particular cases of containers. My "Definition": A multiverse where literally everything is a map.

  20. The story for this name isn't interesting tbh. So online I used to go by AsunaLikesAnime bc I REALLY loved SAO back then. After a while a bunch of people kept telling me I can't go by Asuna bc I'm not Japanese and it was offensive to use the name, so I decided to find a different name. Kaiya just really stood out to me and I thought it sounded really nice. I always say 'hai' so I randomly thought of KaiyaSaysHaiya. I also used to use creeperguy454 and creepergirl454 but after a while I just started to cringe at that and some people thought I meant a stalker creeper instead of Minecraft creeper. Makes sense tho bc I was playing Among Us x D

  21. Otome Game Sekai wa Mob ni Kibishii Sekai desu finished what I hope is just the first cour/season. I’d set it aside early on, but after coming back to it, I found myself enjoying it more & more. While not anything original there’s enough little nuances to the characters’ interactions to keep me invested in them. Leon in particular (as much as he relishes playing the role of insufferable a-hole, when it counts he can’t help but be a decent person, albeit he’s far too good at gloating ). His banter with Luxion is always amusing & love that he actually named his mech Arroganz (arrogance) I’m really hoping it gets a continuation.

  27. Adding Akudama Drive I’m Standing on a Million Lives has something kinda like that. The main characters get killed pretty easily, especially in the early going. But as long as at least one member of the party is still alive they respawn after a while. However if you would just die again as soon as you respawn (like falling into a pool of lava) you stay dead. In a case like that, the only way to come back is for the surviving party members to complete the quest objectives. And if the entire party is wiped out then everyone is dead for good.

  28. @Vlasko Pretty sure you’re talking about Speed Grapher https://myanimelist.net/anime/198/Speed_Grapher The MC was a photographer/journalist It came darn close to being hentai as well as being graphically violent. One bit of trivia, the OP in Japan was Duran Duran’s Girls on Film, but they had to change it for the U.S.
