[dungeon, MC had white hair, started out a wimpy guy but of course became OP by the 3rd ep anyway..] The MC had a romantic interest in a rival guild's main character and his guild's master was jealous and in the japanese audio kept calling her '[name]nanigashi'. "nani" means "what". "gashi" just means an artist with a patron but Japanese speakers often don't fully enunciate the "i" in "shi" and "gash" is also a crude English slang term for a loose woman.
