  2. Really? I didn't know! I have VRV so I may check out 5cm/per second if it's on there. Although, I'm a dub man myself
  3. Kind of related to my Garden of Words post, but I was wondering anyone here ever watched something take place in an anime, that may have happened to them in real life? Something major and/crucial to the plot of the anime?
  4. I so desperately want to watch that! A part of me is afraid, cause although I don't watch much romantic stuff, when I do watch I tend to get caught up in and reminisce about my own life a lot lololol. After Your Name all of Shinaki stuff became super expensive or hard to get so I'm waiting for when both 5cm/ and Children Who chase lost voices drops a bit in price.
  5. Wow that sound phenomenal I will def check it out soon! And I'm glad it helped you out! AS I've gotten older, its clear that we all need constant motivation pursue the things we want to achieve. I may have to check out some sports anime myself!
  6. I just wanted to share my passion, admiration, and love for the anime movie, Garden of Words. If you haven't seen it, I obviously highly recommend. Everything about Garden of Words is amazing and I don't think it gets as much love as it should. Your Name was good, but imho I thought Garden of Words was better. (Same Director) The characters, the type of story, the animation,(OMG the animation is life like! It's unlike anything I've ever seen before!) the music, the length....it was all just so beautiful. However, the main reason why I have such love for Garden of Words is because the movie's plot was similar to something that happened in my life. It was actually uncanny how similar it was. As I was watching it, I couldn't believe it. It really just hit me in the gut. I am actually afraid of watching it again lol. But despite that I love it dearly for all the reasons stated above. Curious if you all have seen Garden of Words, and what you thought of it?
  7. Def, Dream big! Wow thats very cool. Also, you have the best username ever lol
  8. Is there an anime that really struck a chord with you and left a profound impact on you as a person? For me I would say Cowboy Bebop because I really see myself in Spike, and whatever you wanna call it, but his "whatever happens, happens" mentality has really helped me let go off things (occasionally, I'm still working on it lol)
  9. The new God of War looks good, but I feel like Sony Santa Monica has really abused and milked the God of War/Kratos. At least the game, as well as Kratos looks like a different person. I like the Norse aspect as well.
  10. I thought it was amazing, brutal, and unforgiving. It was like nothing I've ever seen.
  11. If you mean collectively which anime has the best op as well as ending, then I would say Yu YU hakusho
  12. Ah, shoot my bad guys. I'm still down...I don't have a G+ though ....
  13. I am! Ooo nice, She's up there for me as well!
  14. Probably the one who started it all, Asuka.
  15. I freaking loved it! Not something I would usually watch, but I'm so glad I did. I loved how they did Diana too, it was top notch work.
  16. Digimon 01/02 I was just a wee lad heavily invested in Taiora and then they pulled that sh*t ( i don't want to get into about what was supposed to happend and what not, I've done it like a billion times)
  17. with other ppl here? Cause if not, we totally should!.....Is Google Hangout still a thing?!?!?!
  18. Holdup.....is it too late to submit my application to be friends?
  19. Watched Devilman Crybaby. Might finally watch 5cm per second, but not sure if I feel like being melancholic today lol.
  20. Wow very cool guys! I've listen to most of these, but I've never heard of romantic pianos or romantic hip hop. That's actually a good way of putting it! i actually made some sample tracks myself if anyone wants to hear them I can send it.
  21. Anyone listen to chillpop or lofi music? The genre is like becoming sysnoums with anime...at least if you check Youtube. The thumbnails and gifs all over chillpop and lofi music, and more so much of the music contains quotes and scenes from anime. I love the genre! For me it started with Nujabes thanks to Samurai Champloo, but then I discovered more ambient music like Tycho and somewhere along the line I discovered other chillpop and lofi music. If you have want to listen to some, let me know I'll send you some good ones from YouTube. Also, if you have anything good to recommend please do so!
