I used to get up at 5:30am when I was at work, but on these cold dark winter mornings I have great difficulty getting up much before 8am. Once the warm bright summer mornings return I'll have no problem getting up at 6am . Well done in getting all your homework done. You are most definitely not stupid in studying for your exams, your "friends" are the stupid ones for not studying. Visiting the dentist is my least favourite thing to do, but I do have a good, friendly dentist. Only the hall and lounge have enough clear space in my house to do roller skating, but I'mnot going to do it because I can't keep my balance on skates. Sadly the link doesn't work for me.

I really like chocolate peppermint, the problem I have is that the peppermint irritates the back of my throat if I'm not careful and makes me cough. I still eat the occasional chocolate peppermint sweets though . The last thing I ate was a nice warm plate of apple pie and custard.

I've finished watching Clannad and now moved on to Clannad After Story.

I'm a bit of a traditionalist, and still use sheets and blankets. I tried using a duvet and didn't like it much.

Having 2x 3 hour exams on the same day is really bad news, and then having to go and do some more studying really tops off a bad day.

Thank you. Sadly, it's too far away and their condition is such that they wouldn't know I was there anyway.

I'm feeling very sad at the moment. I've just been told that a friend of mine have been admitted to hospital and is not expected to last the day.

That's probably the most worrying and scariest fact you've given us, especially for women. I sure that every women would agree with that, it's not the most reassuring thing to see when you're giving birth Yes, that would make sense.

Snacks

That is a bit worrying. I tried to find out how many people in the UK die from being entangled in bedsheets without any success so perhaps it's just a US problem. Looking at my bed I'm not sure how I could get tangled up in the bedsheet .

Perhaps that's his mission in life. Just as long as our healthy fear doesn't turn into paranoia.

Yes, I got the Totoro at a con, the stall had a Catbus as well, but I didn't have enough cash to buy it and the stall didn't take cards. it was near the time I had to leave to get my train home so there wasn't time to ask the stallholder to keep it for me while I visited the nearby cash point.

The rain and wind we had over the weekend have gone away and it's now quite bright out, but it's still very cold.

Remembering that, many years ago, my cousin did in fact get hit by a bus. (in case you're worried, he wasn't badly injured)

And while his random facts often scare us they are often quite interesting and sometimes intriguing. They occasionally send me off down a whole new rabbit hole of discovery.
