Showing how you feel to others is difficult, you're not to blame for that. 

It seems to me that you have trust issues, and the only way to fix that is to build relationships with other people, and to deepen the relationship you're in. People are cold, so it's natural to be afraid to open up, it's not just you. 

The best piece of advice I can give you is that you should focus on being the best person you can, and good people will show themselves to you. The better you make yourself, the better the people that hang around you will become!
