I'll get to these when I can, just I'm a tad loaded with school things and whatnot, so unless the other curator gets to em', might be a moment. Thanks for the list regardless!

My issue with legal sites is how crap they are about a lot of things that seriously shouldn't be an issue, especially when you're paying for the service. Crunchyroll doesn't have all anime. They have a lot of anime, but not all of it. Sometimes this is a serious pain since it means for your money, if you want access to more anime, you'll have to pay for a lot of different services, and that money adds up. And even then, you STILL won't have access to all anime, for likely over $30 a month. My favourite anime? Has 4 seasons. CR has the first 3 and is just refusing to get the 4th season. This means the 4th season of my favourite anime isn't available legally anywhere unless I dish out about $500 for the bluray volumes. It's very expensive. However, if I were to buy a bluray or merch for any show, that immediately gives more money to the studio I like than many months of a site subscription would give back. In my opinion, free sites and torrenting are a fantastic alternative because they give everyone equal access to practically all anime, for free, while insentivizing new anime fans to become big enough anime fans to buy blurays and merch, thus supporting the industry way more. On top of that, CR is pretty bad for the industry in the way it licenses anime. It licenses damn near any show it can, regardless of quality. Licensing an anime gives a TON of anime to the studio in one go, and in some cases, can nearly pay off the production of a cheap trash anime. This makes studios want to produce crap because they'll always make a profit due to sites like CR paying the licensing fees. More studios need to open up a patreon. Ah, not that I think you're doing a terrible thing by supporting CR, I just don't like how they operate. Why should a paid service be vastly worse than a free one?

Sword Art Online Alicization Episode Reactions (spoilers)
awesomedude20 replied to The District's topic in Anime Discussion
I don't give shows a set amount of episodes, I go for watching 1/4 of the show before properly judging it. For a common 12 episode show, that's 3 episodes anyways. But for a 24 episode show, 6 episodes. This is fair because it'll likely pace itself slower. 50 episodes get 12ish episodes, once again, because their length warrants them pacing themselves slower, so going for 3 episodes just wouldn't be fair. -

ehhhh, 5 outta 10. I don't hate it, but at the same time, I don't think I'd ever want to hear it again. Cross Ange - Hikari no Uta -
I assume you just mean OP as hell. Senki Zesshou Symphogear (she's not OP until episode 5, but she continues to get more and more OP across all 4 seasons until eventually she earns the title of God Slayer.) https://sakugabooru.com/data/db920e7443dac5bb7d6f5d3b36545c10.webm Katanagatari (Beats up dudes with swords with his bare fists because who needs swords) The Unlimited Hyoubu Kyousuke (the worst one here, but it is what you want.)

what are your anime unpopular opinions?

The Irregular at Magic Highschool is friggin terrible. -
Well mah dood, I'ma recommend some anime with some great action, but unfortunately they probably won't be like Tokyo Ghoul. Fantastic fights for sure, so expect that. TG's fights were rather unimpressive to me, not gonna lie ;D So first up, Yozakura Quartet. It has a special order to watch it in though, but it will NOT disappoint. How to watch: Yozakura Quartet Completely skip the original Yozakura Quartet - https://myanimelist.net/anime/4548/Yozakura_Quartet Start with Yozakura Quartet: Hana no Uta - https://myanimelist.net/anime/18497/Yozakura_Quartet__Hana_no_Uta (Watch episodes 1-8) Next complete Yozakura Quartet: Hoshi no Umi - https://myanimelist.net/anime/8457/Yozakura_Quartet__Hoshi_no_Umi Then go back and finish Yozakura Quartet: Hana no Uta After that, complete Yozakura Quartet: Tsuki ni Naku - https://myanimelist.net/anime/18499/Yozakura_Quartet__Tsuki_ni_Naku You'll be treated to cool stuff like this: Next up is Senki Zesshou Symphogear 4 seasons of sheer ridiculous over-the-top awesome. What it lacks in story it more than makes up for in just how COOL it is, and it keeps that quality going on an uphill trend across all 4 seasons. You'll get cool things like this: Third up is Katanagatari. Top notch animation all around though, as seen here: https://www.sakugabooru.com/data/c1494c93f954846deb84e3ff6e0e63e9.webm

I wanna like it, and it does fit the show so points there for sure, but I dunno. It just doesn't overly sound appealing lol. 6/10 Area 88 - Goodbye Lonely Blue -
Very few people have noticed Zombieland Saga. Nobody knows what it's even about but it has a 96% approval rating LOL Plus it was shown to a private group, whom were all sworn to secrecy in regards to the show's content, and they all loved it. Trailer:

Having seen the anime, this song, while incredibly unconventional, works well for the show. Really hits home the mysterious, unearthly, and maybe a little eerie vibes that the show wanted to get across. That being said, I certainly wouldn't really ever find myself just listening to this out of nowhere, but that's not it's purpose anyways so no harm done. 8/10 Star Driver - Monochrome (1 of 2 redeemable qualities this show had) -
Yes, this is indeed an anime. And yes, it's another short that I daresay is extremely worth your time. It won an Oscar don't ya know Anyways, give it a watch, would love to hear your thoughts. I'll entirely allow spoiler-y messages about it within this thread so say what you will. I don't suggest reading past here until you've seen the video, for obvious reasons.

My question to all of you though, is if you realized who the narrator was?

All there is to it.

I find the pacing was fine. We knew that the mother was busy with work and away, so the story could focus on the dad and daughter. Iunno And nah, that's me lol
