oh, i think i understand why you didnt bother doing the headband lace, it is kind of hard to draw, like -- ughish hard to draw, and yea i try to draw them but everytime i do, it always feels wrong and so ribbons are hard for me to do x.x

3 years huh, i mean i stopped drawing year to year too (couse i felt bad on doing bad drawings + school >.>), but even if i did stop, it didnt stop my improvation on drawing, though i improved drawing after a year >.>, then again if i find my old artworks (which was just,pretty much copy-paste/traditional drawings of anime characters, ill send ya a pic of them, im sure i hid them somewhere since i always hide my traditional drawings

dont forget not to stress out on getting better!, rome was not built in a day or something, so too is drawing, taking a week or month stop from drawing to do other things can help too, i know it didnt dis-improve my drawings ;o

the hair determines the character!, also i guess now that i think about it, the bosom size too?, initially if you need any tips and tricks, im not a master or anything but i do know a bit of them and could assist you if you need helupu~

d'awww staph your making me blush, most of my OC's came from inspiration from what i recently read/played

like my avatar picture, maid was due to some visual novel i read before that had a nice maid, i was somewhat inspired to draw myself a maid character, it was kind of annoying to draw her clothing though,as i have never seen a maid outfit before (IRL) and there are so many layers that my brain gets confuzzles x.x

its normal to take your time on your drawing's, atleast until you feel you got it just right, i say its best to take it slow and steady,

and i say aslong as hairstyle/eyecolor/clothing is different, so to is the characters name, thats 100% not the same character ;o (tho that's just an "i say", thus  pretty much my own opinion o.o)

i feel i must say this, "the eyes cant see more than 30fps.meme", but to be honest, aslong as fps aint skipping around thus causing "lag", i actually dont care that much for fps >.>

nah he didnt per,se say he wanted a fan art, or requested, its just that, we've been friends for so long that i feel i should do something to him once in a while, and well, i somewhat enjoy making OC's,

yea, my pc can handle 60fps (on certain games, not all), but my monitor may or may not sometimes handle such frames, im still using an old monitor..>>>

yea i have a positive attitude on most things that wont revolve around myself >.>, looking at the bad side can be somewhat positive-ish if you think about it, i mean you wont feel bad if you already know you will feel bad..!?, not fun to spread it to other's though

drawing needs to start somewhere, if doing refferences and copying other work's helps , i say its worth it!

for now i must earn cash before i can upgrade my cpu, give take my pc runs smooth on most games atm, so i guess i wont need to rush the upgrade ?!, im currently I5 (3.10ghz), and my bad just checked my ram, its 12gb not 16gb, was sure i upgraded it to 16gb though >.<

dont worry about it looking bad at the start!, look at the ending and not the beginning!, my drawings always look bad while its not finished too!

and yea, i know what you mean by longer than a day, my drawings when i started out always toke 3days+ to finish, i think i somewhat just got used to it and now it takes me one day, which is yaaaay, then again now that i think about it, the reason i always toke more than 3 days was couse i kept looking around google for a "refference" or something and wanted to "copy" how it was drawn over actually doing it myself >.>

aslong as i get my cpu to I7 ill be fine, i got a gtx 1050 ti for graphics card,16gb of ram, and now i feel all i need is a better cpu and an extra HDD, couse seriously my current one is full >.>

simple is best, i say, i dont see the fuss over gaming keyboard/mouse, i mean both will just do their job, which is type and "mace around"..see what i did there?! (its a pun for a type of weapon..i tried my best)

huh, you might be right, maybe softer/smoother character is my best, incidentally i just think of cute long haired girls and boom i can draw them np

feels when it takes forever to get things right, it takes me almost always 1 day to finish a drawing >.>, and its not whole-body (its half body, or atleast until legs ;o)

i did build my own pc, buttttttt i couldnt afford to get all parts, thus i had to make do with using some of my old pc parts, but i sure as hell made sure to get a new graphics card >.>, cant have that going wrong, wish i could have updated my cpu tho'

that's amazing ! you made your own pc! my classmates doesn't even know the meaning of HDD >.>, it was in an exam and they answered "High definition display" or something along those lines (it was 2 years ago ;o), no offense though, not saying girls cant make their own pc, but its like, super rare too even talk to a girl about techy stuff ;o

i somewhat like all the process (drawing hair,eyes,coloring), specially drawing the hair/eye's/breasts, theres just something that makes me smile when i get those right >.>

coloring sure helps in making them feel right, especially the eyes, doing whole lighting/shadow/etc makes it feel sooooomuchworthit.jpg 

the only hard thing and im somewhat not fond of is, drawing.the.hands

seriously itll either be too big, too small, or too big AND small >_>

doing pose's can be a bit ughish too, until you get the pose atleast, i usually just acually do the pose that ill draw the character into, gives me a better imagination on how the body proportion will work, it also helps in not over extending or making a way tooooo long of a arms or something, to me atleast

i sure do love drawing my characters : D, to bad im only good at female body, not much on male, i can draw male but i cant do it as good as females >.>...

i dont really do much traditional drawings(i mean i can, but its not as good as my digital ones), and i dont really wanna buy specialized pens/colors/etc, i just use regular pens/mechanical pencil i have and an eraser that ruins my drawings the moment i erase some linings >.>...

digital tho' that ctrl+z or ctrl+shift+z combo wombo is just funsi wonsies

well slime girl was, been feeling like drawing her since forever and now ive done that,

the other two ive felt would be redrawing kana, an elf girl i drew (shes also in the gallery ;o), and sylphie,

aside those two i got nothing else i wanna draw or have the sudden urge to do so

yep one last year,before,a major exam that will decide my fate and then i work for the rest of my life ;o

edit: side note, im feeling happy-ish about my custom wallpaper/lockscreen/cover of my phone, it feels neat that i drew my own wallpaper/lockscreen and added a necklace on my phone case >.>

yea, but on photoshop it was more of editing pictures and making signatures, that was years ago when i used to be on animeultima website

yea school starts for me soon, ive had 3 months break since school year ended(last march 15 i think?), but once school starts again itll be ass couse of so many exams after exams that they will throw at us x.x

i think i also tried sai, the order of softwares i used was photoshop->sai->clip studio
