My 1st seasonal contender of 2026: Veronica Valley from An Adventurerâs Daily Grind at Age 29
Though my reigning queen remains teacher by day, vigilante by night Yuriko Okada /Tackle II from last year (Tojima Wants to be a Kamen Rider)
Watched the first 5 eps of An Adventurerâs Daily Grind at 29. A lot of folks seem put off by the lolis, but itâs got a lot of Konosuba style humor (for reasons I wonât go into, wondering if Rirui is Aquaâs long lost kid sister ). Iâm enjoying it.
Putting my Prime Video sub on hold, but plan to reactivate in March or April to finish The Darwin Incident.
FINALLY finished Witch Watch. The humor can be hit or miss, but really enjoy the way the characters relate to each other (rivalry & grudges getting set aside quickly support each other instead). And two adorable ships (Moi x Nico & Keigo x Nemu).
Started watching The Darwin Incident.
My brother who lives in Wisconsin is always trying to get me to retire to that state. I tell him that it isn't happening unless I can come up with a plan where I don't have to leave the house from December to April.
Most of the Louisville members seem to have moved on, but wishing them safety in the upcoming winter storm. My areas looking at about a foot of snow if theyâre right & temps that wonât get above the single digits for at least a week
Definitely Azumanga Daioh, followed closely by Yuru (Laidback) Camp. Other notables: School Rumble, Food for the Soul, The Masterful Cat is Depressed Again Today, As Miss Beelzebub Likes, K-on, Flying Witch.
Will go ahead and finish Dusk Beyond the End of the World even though itâs nothing great. Will also finish Witch Watch, April Showers Bring May Flowers & watch City The Animation to FINALLY close out 2025âs series.
