My days have been so long, who feels the same?

I’m officially turning 25 years old tomorrow, I was 20 years old when I first joined this place. Time sure flies by.

Hate not being able to fall asleep unless I'm utterly exhausted then when I do sleep I can sleep all day and night. 

Looks like I'm playing Animal Crossing until I finally can sleep.

Sad day, today. My roommate had to put one of her dogs down. She was quite old and I have mixed feelings. She had started to suffer(unable to walk). She was sweet and I loved her and miss her, but I'm also happy she isn't suffering anymore. I hurt...

Just finished Paranoia Agent. That show had a surprising and surreal ending. It reminded me a little of Ergo Proxy. 

It also shared some of the same faults, such as a few episodes that are a little filler feeling, not progressing the main mystery or narrative. 

However the show did have a climatic ending, and the 'final twist' was satisfying. 

Just finished Hellsing, no words other than...IT WAS AWESOME!

Finally starting my vacation!  Theoretically anyway.  Gotta work at 12:10-9AM (pacific time) Christmas day for JWST, then sometime over the weekend move furniture so I can move Mom out of her nursing home and into an assisted-living arrangement next week.  Hopefully the new year will be.. less eventful.

watched new gods: nezha reborn and green snake on netflix and found them interesting and enjoyable (for me anyways)

I took the offer so next week it’s goodbye Peraton and real-time operations, hello JPL/Caltech and integration/test.

Temps got into the mid 50s today, so did what will probably be the last of the end of season yard work. Perfect timing as it started raining just as I was wrapping up. Now just hope we don’t get a lot of ice & snow this winter.
