Watched them? a performance? this is definitely the first time I heard that they do performances too... I'm really lack in information on this matter xD.
hehe American festivals have floats and they march with costumes on! And then you give candy to little kids, and lemons to the adults! The lemons are/is something my little town does, we are weird . . .
