Glad you guys liked it~! I don't think a lot of people knows these things exist but there's a lot of really cute things in the ocean, not all scary lol ~ and Rosie, I'm not actually sure if you can have one as a pet actually, since it's salt water, you'd definitely have to have a salt water tank for starters, and I think it would be super hard to have a sea sheep as a pet because of the fact they only eat specific algea. Same for sea bunnies, and those only live a few months anyways. As far as sea pigs go, that's prolly impossible since they only survive at deep, high pressure and freezing temps.

You can however have a sea hare or sea lettuce as a pet.

That's the basic problem here, isn't it?   🤣

Sweeeet. I didn't know you were doing fish blogs yet. Snakeheads are cool asf but I've never seen one in person yet. They look freaky even outside of the movie 🤣 neato asf creatures though. Too bad they are considered invasive because they're one of my faves.

YEP~ Tomorrow we explore the wide world of sea slugs lol

I think they're cool too but I get that they do cause some problems with other fish species x.x

The movie is good, Pessi just doesn't have any taste.

It's nice of Kazuma to let you out of the kitchen so you can prepare blogs instead of meals to educate the rest of the uneducated population like myself.

    "4 feet (about 1.2 meters)"
The fact that they get that big is still terrifying ma'am. If I saw one running at me I would shit myself and die. That could swallow an infant.

How did they get to North America if they are from Asia? What ass let them go here?

RIGHT THANK YOU ~! AMAZING MOVIE

I should hit you for the second paragraph but I'm tired u.u

And they aren't going to "run" at you lmao the best they can do is a wiggle

They were first discovered in North America in the US in 2002 in Maryland. I don't know who it was that released them, but someone eventually admitted to it, saying he'd bought them in New York and released them in a pond.

  4. Oki first of all don't diss my snake head terror movie like that lmao ~

@Pessi ~ Yes they give them mirrors as a way to test for self-awareness. Manta rays exhibited signs of showing that they recognized the image in the mirror was not another manta ray but rather that it was them because they were using the mirrors to try to see their tummys and blowing bubbles at it to watch themselves. They also didn't act social or aggressively, indicating they knew it was them in the mirror. This made them the first fish species to pass the mirror test. @Animedragon you might also find this info interesting lol

Thank you, I'll look forward to reading that one.

Thank you for the ID.  Hey! I learnt something today I was able to distinguish between a seal and sea lion.

Yw~ Lol yeah it's pretty easy if you just look at their flippers and how they "walk" on land, because seals more hop and sea lions waddle with their front facing flippers.

    @Kari @Zeref ~ thanks!~ I'm glad you guys enjoyed reading it :3

Here in SoCal we have a LOT of sea lions.  They're especially common around the Channel Islands where the rookeries are but I've seen them everywhere from San Diego in the south up to Santa Barbara in the north.  We also have some seals, mainly harbor seals.  They're not nearly as common and typically in much smaller groups so they're not as noticeable.

They love places like that lol they love to sun bathe on rocks and they are usually always in large colonies like that making lots of noise 🤣

Harbor seals are cute Lil dudes and I think they're the most common.

I remember seeing grey seals when I was living in Sweden. I've never seen a sea lion irl I don't think. Could've maybe at a zoo and I don't remember.

Yeah those are in Sweden and harbor seals too I think ~

There's nothing on or in his mind, he's just weird and says whatever lol

@Jellal Oh ya I should def do the seals, I learned a lot working with them over this past Summer.
    Thanks @Animedragon, @Kari, and @Sasuke 💜

@Zariel Yeah same I can't do weird textures like that, crunchy textures or slimy textures are a huge no for me.

  8. @LaEspoir In a lot of Asian countries they are considered a delicacy tbh, but they are banned in a lot of European countries because of toxins they contain and health concerns with eating them. They are suppose to have a really tough texture in parts and jelly-like texture in other parts so.. not sure I really want to eat one because it doesn't sound that good ~
