Getting flustered, Marshall averts his eyes.
"T-there's nothing between us. Right, Kagura?"
He takes another glance at the fliers.
"Besides, I don't know if I'll join a new club this time around. I might stay in the Chess Club with my sister."
Then, Marshall squints his eyes at the twins, hoping that they wouldn't ruin the mood of that quiet little club.

I like to write emotional stories with a heavy focus on characters. For years, I've been working on this specific universe full of characters and backstories, (I'll call it Project Rainbow) and I was planning to make a visual novel off of it when I first came to AF.
That's still an option, but I've been procrastinating that too much, so I'm going back to novel format. I've been more productive with it this way, but I don't know if I'll release it anytime soon. Which is kinda poo-y because I actually really like these characters and I hope other people will like them too.
Hah, this reminds me of one of my earlier works on here: Feathers and Steel. I'll leave that one on the backburner since it has a sense of completion to it already. I do feel bad for leaving my interactive story in the dust, but I haven't 100% given up on it yet. What's holding me back from continuing most of these stories is my inadequacy in describing combat, since all three of these stories have combat in some sort of way.
I have a lot of other stories too, like fanfictions and other universes, but if you were to ask me which was favorite, I would without a doubt pick Project Rainbow. Every character is handcrafted in a way that is great on their own, but beautiful beside each other. Well, at least, that's how I hope they'll turn out.

The next school morning, Marsh approaches Sofia with some fliers.
"I know things are kind of complicated right now, but have you thought about joining a club? I thought it might be fun with Kagura."
Inside are advertisements for the Chess Club, Literature Club and Photography Club.
"I tried to pick out activities that weren't too intense. Oh, and I still need to get my notes back before Calculus, too."

I usually don't watch anime movies, but I'll still stick around.

I haven't read this yet, what's it about?
It's a very mysterious manga, so I'll try not to say much about it. Essentially, these enemies called Lunarians are trying kidnap the Houseki (Gems) in order to shatter them and use their bodies as decorations. The main character (Phosphophyllite) wants to become more useful, so she's throws herself into situations and tries to make the most out of it.
It's highly appraised for its beautiful imagery and heavy themes. There's an anime, too.

"Now's probably a bad time, but..." Marshall hands a notebook to Kagura. "Here are my notes for the classes you've missed today. Sorry if my handwriting sucks."
After a moment, Marsh would then ask, "Is Sofia okay? You guys have been friends for a while."
-
"Oi Kagura, are you alright?" My character would ask, worriedly. He's relieved once he sees that Kagura is awake.
My character, Marshall, (or Marsh) leans back and sheepishly scratches his head.
"Don't fall too far behind, okay?"

There was a new chapter recently, wasn't there? I read it, and I was pretty shocked. Is anyone else keeping up with it?

An RP thread... I don't think I've done much RP before. Unless you count Dungeons and Dragons

@Seshi Actually, David Productions (the studio that remastered JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Captain Tsubasa) is doing Fire Force. They're redoing the animation out of courtesy for Kyoto Animations. Other than that, you're right.

Glad you're enjoying it, @Illusion of Terra. Sorry for having you lone thread it; I already read the manga a while back and don't plan on picking up where I left off.
I can't really comment on the quality of the anime so far, but I didn't really like what I saw of the initial trailer, so I doubt I'll be picking up the anime.
Sorry.

Oh! Sorry, I haven't been here a while. Nice to see you again Kaga- er, Nova. I was thinking of changing my name and picture too. Not sure what to, though.

Wait, these two are Sofi and Banri right? They're not dating?
I'm so confused...

Just finished the first episode. It was definitely cute, and I plan on watching some more. Felt to me like a much better version of Sword Saint.
With a set up like this, there doesn't even need to be a story. The daily antics of Dale and Latina could be entertaining enough, to be honest. Dragon Maid did it in a fantastic way, so I have no doubts it could be done again. If there is a story, though, then I don't mind.

@Crevanille Better than being lonely. I'd be okay just staying as friends, though.

@Crevanille Oops! I was describing my counterpart in my reply, not yours. I hope I didn't sound like I was saying anything rude, haha

She sounds like she'd a total b-word to deal with. At least we'd have similar interests.
I probably would.

Some yuri or shoujo ai manga I liked were:
- Bocchi Kaibutsu to Moumoku Shoujo
- Cheerful Amnesia
- Asagao to Kase-san.
I think they're all worth checking out. It's nice to meet you, and I hope you enjoy you're stay.

I'd say Houseki no Kuni is the first anime that comes to mind for me when I think of anime and art. These screencaps are all from the first episode.

Actually, it seems like Dr. Stone is the top runner this season. In my opinion, the only other thing that could compete with it seriously is Vinland Saga, but my worry about Dr. Stone is that I don't know if there'll be a good stopping point for this season because I couldn't think of one off of the top of my head.
Manga Spoilers for your resurrection question.
SpoilerSenku does decide to resurrect all people. It is a shounen, afterall. I have no idea how this is going to work if he also wants to have no violence either.

Is it wrong to try to pick up girls in a Dungeon?

I finished season one and the OVA, but I never got to watching the spin-off season with Aiz.
It's like Deku from My Hero Academia put into an fantasy world, but not isekai. I liked the idea of Greek mythology, but it's not a heavy theme from what I saw. It's got loads of fan service, so if that's not your thing then I probably wouldn't recommend it.
