Companies who are always urgently looking for staff are usually those that want people who are highly qualified and have many years practical experience in the business and who are prepared to work long hours for less than the minimum wage.

The places I've been putting them into are only summer job places though, cafes, restaurants looking for bar staff or waiting staff or retail companies looking for people to stack shelves. The only job I was looking for that would normally want people with experience (but this stated experience wasn't needed) was something I already have plenty of experience with. It's an absolute nightmare.
