I will be honest with you, I asked this question in a lot of forums and still didn't get an answer, in fact, if you searched for this question on google chances are the poster is me. And I also asked people that watch One Piece as well and I'm still looking for answers. And I'm not doing this because of any malicious intent, I genuinely don't know the answer.
So I'm hoping to find an answer here.
In the Skypiea arc in the One Piece anime series, Enel, who is the main antagonist of that arc, says he's "god", is that true?
And if so, does he mean he’s A god, like Thor from the Marvel comic book franchise or does he mean he’s THE God, the one one that Muslims and Christians pray to?
And did any of the Straw Hat Pirates believed him?
I think it’s more up to interpretation, but in my opinion I think his powers were causing self delusion him being able to control the island like he was with his Logia lee to him seeing himself as a god but in my opinion he was not a god

Top 5? Eh.. so many, let’s do 6 excluding ova’s:
Trigun
Haikyuu
Claymore
Demon Slayer
MHA
Yuu yuu Hakusho
That’s a good list I’ve heard a lot of positive things about claymore but have yet to watch it due to the sunmary didn’t really sound enticing to me is it worth watching?

I rather enjoyed an older shonen series called Buso Renikin, but everyone I’ve ever met either never heard of it or their reaction is “meh”.
Rune Soldier is one I really think is underrated, as I enjoyed it more than the more popular Slayers which is the same sort of tongue in cheek fantasy series.
Finally, there’s a parody series called Miami Guns that everyone seems to despise. While it’s certainly not a good series and not one of my favorites, I don’t understand the level of hate it seems to get as I can easily think of worse & more offensive examples of the genre.
I was scrolling through the forums bored in class and happened to stumble upon this post and Buso Renkin is a good anime and I cannot understand where the hate comes from myself, maybe the fact that it is a bit older than most of the well known anime’s and the plot can be considered cliche to a certain extent that’s the only reason I can see but as an anime I thoroughly enjoyed it oddly enough though I enjoyed Tokikos presence more than Kuzuki’s not gonna ramble to much but glad another person enjoys Buso Renkin

Tho there Is a series that deserves Much more popularity and Its Mo Dao Zu Shi, Its Chinese but Its a great series with a lot of comedy and action In It.
I Know reviews don't tell everything but the 4 most popular reviews on mall have all given a 10.
So If you haven't seen It I would highly Recommend It.
Season 2 Is coming out this summer If I'm correct.
Chinese anime is severely underrated it’s starting to gain rise with the popularity of Quan Zhi Gao Shou but I really enjoyed quite a few Chinese animes
An anime that I love that not many people like is Kenichi, despite being a relatively known anime not many people that I’ve tried to discuss it with have heard of it and those who have didn’t enjoy (which I don’t understand) Granted it’s not a heavily plot oriented

I second Rising of the Shield hero & Demon Slayer (currently airing) and Claymore. Especially the claymore manga.
Hajime no ippo - a boxing shounen
Accel world
Summer wars (movie)
Peacemaker Kurogane
Magi: Adventures of Sinbad
Trigun
The only one on that list that I hadn’t seen was peacemaker Kurogane, been watching it for a while and it’s right up my alley thank you so much for the recommendation

Trust me after you have seen like 100 or so anime you want to rewatch them as time passes.
I do it sometimes to fill the void, once you’ve seen a finite amount of anime usually around 500 a lot of the animes that are interesting to you you have already seen so your only choice is rewatching animes or watching more obscure ones

Currently I'm watching The Promised Neverland and Dororo, which are both quite dark. I really like comedic anime or anime that are easy-going, but kinda don't know any that are specifically what I'm looking for.
So I'm looking for something that is not too short. It should have more than 12/13 episodes, the more the better, and it should really be 'family-friendly' if you know what I mean. I really liked Nichijou or School Rumble. It doesn't have to be a comedic anime per se, but should overall have a light, easy-going atmosphere. So I would still count Rurouni Kenshin, because it has a lot of those scenes, even if it is rather serious sometimes.
Would be great if you guys had any recommendations
Kenichi would be a good one to watch

If you could pick an anime world to live in which one would it be and why?
I think for me it would be either the Naruto world or the DBZ Universe.
I think being a ninja would be kinda fun and having the ability to do some convenient jutsu's. I think I would have to use shadow clones to go to work for me some days lol. Same reason for the DBZ universe, having certain abilities to do things would be very nice plus having a friend like Goku could be fun ;D
For me it would be Quan Zhi GAO Shou, being able to live an an era where pro gamers are household names and being able to play completely emmersive MMORPGs that sounds like a absolute heaven to an otaku like me

I’m not sure I’ll continue One Piece. I stopped right after Luffy entered the Grand Line. For some reason the show lost its appeal after a while.
I’m currently up to date on One Piece, and I genuinely enjoy it one you get past all the fillers it’s a truly enjoyable anime/manga however I wouldn’t recommend binge watching it, as the story can get kinda repetitive to a certain degree. I would use it to fill the void in between when your searching for a new anime (That is if your like me and have seen Thousands of anime’s and have to watch more obscure anime’s or wait for new releases)
What defines an anime?

What makes an anime an anime and no longer a cartoon? Like Avatar the last air bender isn’t considered an actual anime, but I think it has the qualities to be one
