Dragonkishi means someone who almost copied someone's else's work.

Example: Naruto is a copied of Dragonball. That makes Kishimoto an Dragonkishi.

Where Naruto style character married Sakura type character or for you Dragonball fans.  Where Goku style character married Bluma style character.

Um, what? I'm not sure what you're asking. What are "my countries"?

I was trying to asked which law goes to which country that makes sense.

There's quite a lot of questions so it would take a long time to answer them all. I wouldn't mind giving you my two cents on each of these questions, but how about going at it one question at a time? You pick one and say what you think, and others respond. When you think there's enough there, do the same with the next question.

Generally, for the first set of questions, I think you can just look at many different real/existing countries and see what their position towards those questions are.
For example, if you look at the question "What behaviors are generally considered to be improper or immoral?" you can see that many countries/cultures consider behavior that causes harm without any sensible purpose (such as randomly killing others) improper.

For your second set of questions (the countries ruled by different kinds of people), I think you can take what you know from the first set of questions and try and apply it specifically to each case. For example, above I said that people usually hold behavior that causes harm without any sensible purpose as improper. A country run by farmers and hunters might see it as not sensible to deplete all natural resources because in the long run you'd run out of them. Thus, they might be strict on laws of how much of which species you can hunt so that the species doesn't go extinct.

As for the kinship system, I think that's quite complex. There are many different reasons why these systems developed the way they did and each case seems to be very specific to their environment or culture.
I remember that one of my anthropology professors once told us about a culture where if the mother dies the kids get to stay with their uncles (and not with their father what you might expect). Turns out, it was quite common in that culture for a woman to have many husbands and because they couldn't know which of them is their real father, they would go the mother's brother (who you know is related to them because they came out of the same womb which you can clearly see). So they had quite specific terms and distinctions for all sorts of uncles and fathers. As to why exactly it developed that way, is again a different complex question.

Really interesting stuff, but quite complicated :)

    Thanks.
