  1. I have a lot of favorite anime titles, but I'll pick one that is somewhat recent. Girl's Last Tour is one of those titles I could watch again and again, without fail. Taking place in a post-apocalyptic setting, two girls go on a journey, exploring the remains of their lonely little world. It's an incredibly beautiful anime, in my opinion, and I recommend it to anyone.
  2. Like your profile's cover pic.  Looks like Reki from Haibane Renmei.

That is correct! It's Reki. :)

  3. All things considered, I'm holding up surprisingly well. Right now, I'm mostly just going with the flow and riding out whatever wave is coming towards me. Despairing isn't really gonna help me much, so I've just been learning how to cope and make the best out of my situation. As for positive things: I've lost 10kgs since the start of March. I've been meaning to lose weight for years, and this year was the first time I had any long lasting success with keeping my weight down. So there's that, at least.
  4. I'm currently rewatching Bokurano... I first watched it back in 2008 or so... was pretty impressed by it. Rewatching it now, the severe drop in animation quality makes me cringe so hard, it gets hard for me to focus on what's actually happening within the episode. And speaking of drop in quality; I didn't mind so much back then, but right now, I'm really disappointed that the anime took too many liberties with the story. Honestly, the way the manga was written and presented was just perfect. The complexities and dynamics between each character was just superb. However, I'm also a huge fan of Mohiro Kitoh, so maybe it's no wonder that I prefer his version of the story over anything else. It's still pretty cool to see Zearth move around, though. I kinda hope they will consider rebooting the series and strictly follow Kitoh-sensei's direction. For Naru Taru, too.
  5. I'm currently reading Chi no Wadachi. I quite liked the author's previous work, Happiness, but I was severely disappointed by the ending. I hope this won't follow the same route. It's been quite slow; a slow burn, so to speak. But I like it. It seems to be building up to a plot twist, and I'm hoping it's not something cheap and cheesy, haha. I *think* I have an idea of what might happen -
  6. Hello, everyone! My name is Mana. I'm terrible at self-introductions. My favorite mangaka are Mohiro Kitoh, Yoshitoshi ABe, Shin Takahashi, and many others. My favorite anime are generally of the tragedy and dementia category. I listen to a lot of music. I write and draw a lot. I don't really know what else to talk about. I hope to make new friends. Have a nice day!
