    Okay, so it appears this review/expose' will definitely have to be an expose', now I know a lot of people don't believe in the Illuminati or anything like that but if you would, please hear me out and read through my entire post before judging it.
    Here is the video, feel free to watch it now if you want to get your own impression of it before reading my review. I will provide time-stamps below when talking about certain parts of the song, so if you want to simply keep up with what I am saying and not watch the entire video, feel free to start reading right away. 
    Okay, so at the 0:01 second mark we already see some symbolism in the form of an Owl, now some of you may not understand what this Owl symbolizes, therefore I will provide you with the details. The Owl represents Moloch (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moloch). Moloch is the god of child-sacrifice and was worshiped by the ancient Canaanites back in the times recorded in the Old testament. Moloch is still worshiped today, by elites and by the Illuminati. Want to see proof of this? Well here you go, this email was recovered and is one of the 33K emails Hillary Clinton tried to delete: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moloch <I mean hey, you can't really disprove the fact that there are elites who worship Moloch when you see them mention him by name right there. 
    Also, if you think that the "chicken" referred to in this email is actually a chicken, then sadly and regrettably are you mistaken. Chicken just like Pizza, Hot-dogs and vegetables is a code-word for Children, therefore in this email we have proof that the elites do in fact worship Moloch and do in fact sacrifice children to him; its not so far-fetched now is it? The elites have always craved power and when worshiping the god of child-sacrifice what else would they sacrifice? 
    Now you may be thinking, "Okay, but as we can all see, Moloch is not an Owl but instead a Minotaur" right? Well you would be partially correct, in the olden times yes, Moloch was predominately portrayed as a Minotaur demon, however in nowadays culture we see more and more the representation of him as an Owl. Take for example Bohemian grove; Bohemian grove is a very secret place where many elites go to meet up. As we can see here in this Alex Jones video, they worship Moloch and he is depicted as an Owl: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Mziyg9ofPM They perform (rumoured) mock sacrifices however, it is believed and quite apparent imo that they actually do sacrifice children to Moloch in Bohemian grove. In this next video Alex Jones asks David Gergen about the Bohemian grove's rituals and what he meant by "I don't run around in the wood's naked". Just watch his reaction to Alex Jones questions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHFoUZEjuNM Now if the Bohemian grove were really just an elite party where nothing really went on, he could have easily discussed further what they did in Bohemian grove. 
    The name for "Owl" in Egyptian is Moloch. This explains why today it is represented as an owl, it is also easier to hide an Owl in plain sight in your videos and use it for subliminal messaging than a giant demonic Minotaur. Now an Owl by its lonesome does not symbolize Moloch automatically, however since this video contains so many other references to the Illuminati/Masons it is quite clear why it was incorporated in this MV. 
    Okay, now on to the next part of the video I wanted to discuss. At the eight second mark we can see a doll/puppet wearing on her head some sort of a cage. Now some people would say "That is just to keep her hair in place" however it goes much deeper than something as innocent as that. Now before I get into why she is a puppet I will have to first explain to you the cage on her head otherwise you may not understand what I am getting at. 
    Okay, so the cage symbolizes what is known as "Beta sex-kitten programming", a form of "Monarch Mind control". Now if you haven't heard of either of these I suggest you research them, for now though I will provide you with some information on said subjects. 
    Okay, so have you ever heard of "MK Ultra"? Well MK Ultra programming is a mind control program, it was illegal at the time it was started but was officially sanctioned in 1953. The intended purpose of the MK ultra operation was to force confessions out of people through mind control, this my friends, is all documented. 
    Note: Images retrieved from Wiki. MK ultra programming was officially stopped in 1973 (At least that is what we are supposed to believe) however it is quite apparent that it still goes on today. "The program engaged in many illegal activities, including the use of U.S and Canadian citizens as its unwitting test subjects, which led to controversy regarding its legitimacy. MK Ultra used numerous methods to manipulate peoples mental states and alter brain functions, including the surreptitious administration of drugs (LSD) and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse (including the sexual abuse of children), and other forms of torture" -Wiki. 
    MK Ultra mind control symbols include: Cages over head, White rabbits, Animal prints, butter-fly's and more. Since the video has this far only shown the cage symbolism that is what I will focus on seeing as going over even the few other examples I stated would take too long. 
    Alright, so the cage symbolizes mental captivity, it tells us that the wearer has been broken and is now completely and utterly under the influence of MK ultra mind programming have lost all freedom. Not only does it represent mental slavery but also physical, because the MK ultra victims have "handlers" or I guess I should say, controllers. These controllers keep them in check and use them for their own pleasure. Their are so many singers who portray themselves caged, such as: Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Brooke hogan, Justin Bieber and more! We can also tell that this is symbolism for MK ultra because many times it is accompanied by other symbolism. The American intelligence agency tattooed some of their MK Ultra victims with tats of Monarch butterflies, roses or bluebirds so they could identify them easier. 

    Here we can see Lady Gaga sporting the ever so popular cage on stage and here in this next picture I will show you we can see her with the Monarch butterfly symbol, coincidence? I think not.  

    So there you have it, Lady Gaga as well as many other celebrities openly show their allegiance to the Illumainti/Masons and their mental slavery due to MK ultra/Project Monarch mind control. (I don't think I need to explain the hidden eye symbolism). 
    Okay, moving on yet again, because yes, there is still even more... So at 0:13 and even better at 0:25 we can see the All-seeing eye symbol. As I said, I do not think I need to explain this symbol, if you do not recognize it then please, go and research it for yourself. 
    Around the All-seeing eye on her shirt we can see a thunder-cloud, like the name of the song. However all around it is lightning, if you watch further we see the Lightning symbolism a whole lot more throughout. The lightning symbolizes Lucifer's fall from heaven and has always been linked to such. Luke 10:18 "And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven" -KJV. Lady gaga has used this symbolism many times as well as other singers and bands such as AC/DC and KISS. Seeing as the lightning is seen surrounding the All-seeing eye in this video we can assume its intended purpose is to symbolize Satan. Also, if anyone could translate the Japanese around the eye for me, It would be much appreciated. ~♥ 
    Moving on yet again. 1:42 seconds, the animal symbolism, and of course, it has to be cat. This symbolizes what I mentioned earlier, "Beta sex-kitten programming", this is a form of Monarch mind control that forces the victim to conform to the handlers every sexual command. Many singers display this kind of symbol in their work and wear animal print. For example Katy Perry, who in an interview straight up said "I sold my soul to the Devil".     Onto the next part of this MV now. 1:50 Now there it is, what we were all waiting for. The final nail in the coffin, the butter-fly. Seeing as well have all this other symbolism throughout, It is obvious that this butterfly symbolizes Monarch mind control.

    So here we are, Panic! at the disco's High hopes MV. Lets get into it, shall we?
    Okay, so the video starts off with Brendon stepping out of a car (0:07), well-dressed as usual. His exit from the car is timed perfectly with the music and is the perfect time for his reveal. When first the words "High, high hopes" are sung we can see the camera moves upward and focuses on the sky-scrapers; this makes us think of how high sky-scraper's are immediately and prepares us for the rest of the MV very well, a great start. 
    The on-screen text fades but not before we see it pass behind Brendon (0:23), this serves better for the camera angle chosen seeing as otherwise we would merely see the tree behind Brendon; simply, it is more aesthetically pleasing. While Brendon sings "High, high hopes" we can see that he is looking upward, again, its the small things that make all the difference, this was very well choreographed. 
    As Brendon sing the line "I was gonna be that one in a million" (0:32) the shot is just perfect, with the people passing him by right in front of him and the cars and numerous people in the background it really shows how many people their are, yet he is still the main focus of the shot standing precisely in the middle of the shot; perfect. 
    As Brendon walks down the side-walk we can see him getting shouldered by many people (0:37); we can attribute this to the many hard-ships he has faced (many of which we can see in "Hey look ma, I made it") such as losing his other band members and many more hardships. We can see he is distressed as he turns around because it is written all over his face yet as he continues walking he takes yet another shoulder, this time however he does not look back at all and yet continues walking forward confidently; this shows us that he has taken control, he doesn't care what people say or what hard-ships get in the way, he is doing this. As the lyrics state in "Emperor's new clothes", "I see it, I want it, I take it" and as Brendon said in an interview on said song: "I wanted a song that says, 'this is mine. I do what I do because I feel that its my right. I own this, and I've earned it, and I deserve every bit that I put into this work". This is the kind of transformation I feel like we are witnessing in the music video for High hopes. 
    At 1:03 when Brendon sings the words, "Momma said, don't give up" he looks upward at the towering building before him, obviously symbolizing the challenges he would have to face in his career; Brendon looks intimidated at first but immediately gets down to it and begins scaling the building just as the Chorus breaks in again, simply fantastic! 
    The entire scene of Brendon's walk up the building is fantastic, this MV fits perfectly with the Lyrics and is just really beautiful to watch. As Brendon nears the end of the climb he slips and nearly falls (2:13) just as he start's singing "They say its all been done but they haven't seen the best of me", he then conquers the climb and makes it to the top of the building, solidifying his victory and new beginning. Again, just wanted to point out how wonderfully choreographed and performed this MV was, Brendon could honestly be an actor. 
    After he has reached the top of the tall building till the end of the video (just as the whole video was) is perfect. We can see his logo stapled atop the building, I believe this tells us he was always destined to make it to the top, like his momma said "Fulfill the prophecy" he has done it and accomplished his destiny.
