;_; I'm sorry! I've been so busy but I am planning on being more active soon. How have you been scarlet-san. ^_^

in the forum central go in to area you want to post say general anime , to the right of the screen close to the bottom (general area where the black return to top circle is) you will see a red circle with what looks like a pen (or crayon) click that and it will open a Create Thread page for the sub forum your in hope this is clear and helps @[1695:scarlet reaper]
