I've always slept on my side all snuggled up but it started to make my back hurt so I tried sleeping on my back, I always end up on my side though
... this is actually a shockingly accurate description of my own sleeping habits, more so than I could probably have described myself.

Then I found "GATE" and started watching that on repeat. I guess I just like some animes more then others. But that's why I like anime so much you never know what your going to get hooked on.
Oh God.

Gate was a ton of fun, tbh. I wouldn't mind watching that one again sometime.

O Brother, Where Art Thou?
You took the words right out of my mouth. This is honestly one of my favorite movie soundtracks.
Beyond that I'd say Pulp Fiction, and maybe, just maybe ...... alldogsgotoheaven

Can we veer things back away from politics?
Per the community guidelines,
No political or religious topics: these topics can ignite a lot of passion and debate which can clash with various beliefs and values. We are an anime discussion forum and feel strongly that these type of topics are better held in other places.
It's okay to hold strong opinions on whatever you want to, however when it comes to things of a political or religious nature this isn't really the place to air those opinions out. There are other places on the internet that are more suited to those topics than this forum.
Thank you.

Alas, GreenEyes, it is with tremendous regret that I must inform you that green is my least favorite color. :'(

So I made the move to 4k with an upgrade to a LG OLED 65" HDTV. Some of the wall scrolls also got rotated.
Yikes! You can count me as being seriously jelly!
Will post new photos later this weekend...You'd better follow through on that, I'm looking forward to seeing 'em!

Banned for not adding questions to your posts in the 'ask the person below you' thread x)

Looks like @AniMeFReaK forgot to ask a question of her own again.

Sooo, I'll answer my own question.
I'd send a note back to 2009 - "Bitcoin is serious"
What do you put on your burgers?

LOL I'm a Huge AD&D fan and have been a DM for years... I love almost all role playing games. I also play WoW and Jade Empire.
That's awesome. ^^
D&D is something that I think I'd enjoy, if not for the fact that have an admittedly short attention span for the type of rules and processes that are involved in the combat and such. I guess it may sound a little weird, but I respect it most for being something that when played in certain ways, with the right DMs, can basically be an engine for real time, collaborative story telling.

Looks like Animefreak didn't ask a question!

So, I'll just answer Titan's question.
I've managed to avoid doing any overly disgusting jobs, somehow, just barely. I worked in a warehouse, for a time, and always managed to be in the right place at the right time to avoid having to clean any storm drains that hadn't been cleaned out in decades, cleaning up after homeless people outside in the parking lot, and things of that sort. I was cunningly able to dodge all of it.
Believe me, it was no accident that I managed to do so.

As for a question ...
You are given the chance to send your past self a note. You can write three words, and it can be sent back to any point in your life. To when do you send it, and what do you write?

On my PC...
- Paint.net for image work ... it isn't the most full featured program around, but it's free and extremely easy to use.
- Foobar2000 for music playback. I appreciate the fact that, by default, its interface is beautifully minimalist. Also, tabbed playlists are wonderful.
On my phone...
Nadda. Nothing. I don't do many apps. Discord, I suppose?

Because they're dead, but not gone. Highly inconvenient for them.
What country do you live in? What country would you most like to live in? Why?

I myself prefer pagination for just one reason - it's more difficult to return to the same spot if you want to visit it again later. At the same time though I can see how it is more easier to use if you're on a smartphone - just keep swiping.
I think this about sums things up for me.
To use DeviantArt as an example, because that's the only site I go to that features it... I like it on the front page, where it allows me to just... blindly scroll down and down and down, in a stupor. This sometimes disturbs @Cy~ depending on how long I've been doing it.
On the other hand, when I try to browse my dA favorites to pull up a particular art piece, pagination is extremely useful because I can use it to immediately jump to the approximate time period at which I remember seeing it the first time. Does this sound like an EXTREMELY specific scenario? It is --- and yet, somehow, its one that I've ran into dozens and dozens of times.

At the moment just Fate / Aporcrypha, which I think could go either way at this point - a bit too early to tell.

-
Not... a whole lot at the moment, actually.
I've been playing a bit of Tabletop Sim here and there, but other than that I've been mildly gameless.

-
Avril Lavigne when I feel down or depressed.
C'mon man, why is that listed as a guilty pleasure? OWN IT!

LINE (App)
in Chit Chat
Posted
@Rose2Blossom
I'd never heard of Line before myself, so I had to do a little bit of research. While it certainly does sound better than Skype, I'm not sure - based on some quick looking around - that it really stacks up against Discord for chatty business... at least for me, anyhow.
It seems like Line's main focus is phones - since it apparently requires a phone number, or Facebook account to use - while Discord has no such requirement. For myself, my main focus when it comes to chat apps is always going to be my Desktop PC, so I generally prefer to see developers focus primarily on those platforms - whereas Line, as an entire corporation, seems to place emphasis on the phone market. While there's nothing wrong with that in and of itself, and it probably makes sense for their target audience, it does somewhat give me pause.
With that said, I suppose the largest barrier to being overly interested in it for me is the fact that everyone I know has already switched from Skype to Discord, and seems quite happy with both the desktop and mobile clients.
