I would say mob psycho 100 it's a blend of comedy drama and can get dark I would suggest giving it a try -

Who is th best in your eyes and why............I find regain to be the best for the reasons of his humour and the weird and funny things he does through out the show. He also helps mob move through his arch pretty well making him an important character to the story.
