Can be quite frustrating when family does not realize how much trouble it is to give access to things to family not under the same roof. Detecting cracks can be difficult with more people and set ups that are bad.

  I had the same problem with one of my own online accounts. I finally had to be the grinch and change my password because they just wouldn't acknowledge the problem they were causing and cooperate on a solution.
  
  Then I had my account locked a couple times because of too many consecutive login failures. Eventually they gave up and I got my account back but... jeez.

  Glad I am not the only one with this issue. It would certainly be much easier if they respected my answer of no. Of course, it is either give in, or try to be convinced.
