It looks like everyone here has given you some helpful advice, but many seem to be too on optimistic side of things, such as formally talking, most likely one on one, if I am reading things properly.

Fact of the matter is that we just do not know the character of your parents well enough, but I have doubts if they are using your daughter to manipulate you or even have reason to believe that they are decent people, though Terra is doing about good job of making it important to think of reasons your parent may be doing this, supposing they are good people and are the kind of people parents should be.

My take on it is that you should probably get some professional advice, such as a family counselor or a therapist.

Only other option, like what you said you had plans to do is move out.

Hug them, after making global copyright last no longer than 14 years, as it supposedly used to be.

Give the UK first dibs on new medical technology made in America.

Combine the forces of the FBI and Scotland Yard.

Hug them, saying we should get rid of DMCA and other similar or worse copyright laws around the world.

Establish company that actually makes good games.

Sadly, I think that is like that because, Shield Hero, like other anime made today, panders to the average otaku, since that is where their money comes from.

It is a good series, and does not try to create a fantasy that certain other anime do, but they are still doing it make money.

Americans are getting better at accepting that, but the Japanese do not cussing too often, if at all. From what I have heard, it is more of how things are delivered than the words themselves. Most of the profanity found is from the translations, though profanity does not really add things all the the time.

Have you ever seen profanity used improperly? I certainly have, just like I have seen instances in which it can be used to bring out emotion fully when it is important. How often it is used in every day life and how it is used really kills any meaning that it really had in my eyes.

I see. I kind of view the CPM dub bad though because it was not just the voices, but the way things were recorded or implemented does really help immerse me in the thing. Yes, they were quite old dubs, but CPM's dub in pretty much everything, except maybe translation accuracy, which I cannot judge too well, of Slayers was a whole better.

As for the OVA stuff, it really was not that enjoyable, since some of them I saw ended up only be recap stuff.

Take them to dig up all copies of the E.T. game, so we can burn them all.

Hug them, suggest we should weed out stupid people. 

Remind them to not dig up E.T., the game everyone hated.

Make them Prime Minister of the UK, so they get experience leading.

Buy out Sega and Atari, so that we can include as many retro games as possible.

Hug them, hoping that somebody will come soon to liven things up.

Hug them, after taking out flamethrower to kill the bug.

Buy out Sony’s PlayStation division, Microsoft’s Xbox division, and Nintendo, so we can give the kids game consoles.

Take them on the improved speed boat and become the real Santa, delivering presents around the world in a single night.
