I'm almost at the end of season 9 of Fairy Tail and I confused; has the Fairy Tail: 100 years quest anime released yet?? There are rumours and stuff... Some are saying its out but I can't find it anywhere... Please do help

I've been scrolling through a website for cool anime wallpapers and saw this picture and I was hoping someone would know which anime it is. And yes I'm a newb to anime and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me... And I have no idea which language it is as well....
