Started rewatching Umaru Chan for the second time since I needed to watch something relaxing, i really like this show and it really did help

Same thing they said it looks a bit too much complicated to be readable or at least clearly see what are each letter, just making them a bit less complicated might help

Been fighting my extreme anxiety every morning for the past few days. Idk why but going to sleep makes me disconnect from reality to the point where the morning what I did yesterday has gone back to 0. At least I have some medication to help with it and instead of waiting like an idiot in the morning, because of how fast I get in panic mode, and taking them later, I’ll take them first thing in the morning. Should help with the extreme migraine I have been getting too every day
