  6. I really need to watch the melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, its been on my list for over a year. Problem is... It keeps getting bigger
  7. Never Tsundera = perfection Also just finished Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. One of the easiest 10/10 in my opinion Only probably now is finding one as good.
  8. Burning though Slayers Next currently What can I say Tsundere are the best!
  9. Trigun Boxset Gurren Lagann Boxset (So I know what I'm watching next!) Also a new TV to watch it on Also yeah I watched the Zeiram anime not the live action show. The anime was pretty good, like nothing amazing or anything but enjoyable.
  10. Ah deaaath you like Sci-Fi shows well then have you ever checked out the many classic mech series. Mobile Suit Gundam is an obvious shows to watch, I personally prefer the U.C. continuity, O.G. series thought to Char Counterattack, with the best being probably Zeta Gundam. If you aren't a big fan of like older titles their are some excellent OVA titles from that timeline like War in the Pocket and the short anime series of Operation Stardust Memory and 8th MS Team. Beyond Mech I'd recommend easily Space Battleship Yamato 2199 and also both the remake of Legend of the Galactic Heroes Die Neue Thesis and the OG OVA series from the 80's, currently watching that and having a blast. Mind you I also want to check out Heavy Metal L-Gaim and Blue Comet SPT Layzne (Super Underrated). Also if you liked Eva you'd might want to check out Aim for the Top: Gunbuster! and whilst I'm at it also if you haven't seen The Irresponsible Captain Taylor and Outlaw Star you'd probably want to check them out as they are both wacky and awesome sci-fi comedy/adventure shows. K
  11. Cowboy Bebop, Death Note and... Naruto? Odd combination sure but then again I watched shows ranging from Monster to The Humanoid. So I can't really judge
  12. Anime Level Up! Detected Truer words have never been spoken
  13. Someone told me about this on a different threat I started a while back. The Opening is for a show called DNA2. Honestly this opening is know stuck in my head. Along with this one here, the opening for Blue Comet SPT Layzner, this one is also really catchy. Needless to say they are now on the old MyAnimeList.
  14. I wish that was the same. don't really know why I wasn't into before my late-teen as it seems to be something that I should have had more interest in being a big gamer but for whatever reason I just never really happened. It could be that I was a Xbox kid, which typically has more western titles as appose to a big Sony or Nintendo fan which being eastern consoles have a heavily mix of both western and eastern titles IDK. That's probably the coolest way anyone here has gotten into anime so far, might even give the boss teacher story from before a run for the money. (Chad Story Alert!!!!) That's a funny coincidence. Since I was into anime before my brother, and kind of convinced him to start looking into anime titles I'd watched Space Battleship Yamato, Torodora, Neon Genesis Evangelion and the likes. More out of curiosity but what where her top recommendations. Always need to add to the MyAnimeList
  15. Both of those are classic bad anime. I have personally seen and can attest to the S*****ness of Cipher and MG Geist. However I have a few of my own I can add to the list. First a little anime OVA called "The Humanoid" A terrible dub, non-existed plot that still manages to be some how generic, lazy character dialogue and overall uninteresting Second a anime movie called "A Wind Named Amnesia" A painfully meandering film that's thinks its way smarter for its own good. Characters that are all stupid beyond belief, a plotline that literal goes no way and after setting up a premise just mindlessly abandoned it in the final act and to add insult to injury is just boring. Lastly another anime movie called "Grey Digital Target" This one has no direction, events threats and new obstacles at random, poor use of characters, generic setting and lastly to add insult to injury ends on a bloody cliff-hanger when the story could have been easily finished without it.
  16. I found it on Watch Cartoon and Anime Online Here's a link Please! Twins - Watch Cartoons and Anime Online in HD for Free (wcofun.com) Best part is WCOfun.com is a free site, where you can watch anime for free online Here's a link to the site - Watch Cartoons and Anime Online in HD for Free (wcofun.com)
  17. Okay here the list (I'm gonna try avoiding anything anyone else recommended!) Slayers - A really fun fantasy comedy series, it's a little dated but it has some very strong characters and writing Outlaw Star - A fun action packed adventure series, very similar in setting to Cowboy Bebop but just completly wacky but a really solid story nonetheless Toradora! - Obviously I was gonna say this one but really it is a must watch Rom-Com stroke slice of life series Mobile Suit Gundam 083 Stardust Memory - One of the better Gundam shows for people not too familiar with the concept or the U.C. timeline with lots of space battles and mecha combat Space Battleship Yamato 2199 - One of the best shows I've seen, lots of epic battles and adventures with some of the better use of CGI in anime Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works - You could opt for Fate Zero, but for me Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works is more enjoyable and is a more relaxing and easy going experience. Steins Gate - One of the best shows I've ever watched, you will do yourself such a disservice not watching it Wolfs Rain - This one is a weird one, its very different but like Steins Gate its one of those shows that is very atmospheric and emotional, its a very interesting story with some very deep characters. Berserk (1997) - this one is a little old but its probably the best adaptation of the manga were every getting, it only covers the golden age arch but it is really good Psycho-Pass - this is a very good crime series, that delivers into some interesting ideas and makes you question things. nice visuals and also a strong English dub cast which is very good if your not use to subs. You got all that right? Pay attention bro. I'm trying to save you from wasting time on bad anime!
  18. Ghibli is a common way for most people to get introduced to anime I feel. I myself saw a Ghibli film at school once, I think it was also Spirted Away but it could have been any of the others released around the same time, thought that wasn't what got me into anime. I probably watched a couple other "anime" films before I got into anime, I remember owning Halo Legends being a big fan of the halo series but again I don't thinks what made me an anime fan. Your a legend!!!!! Mind you the to watch list is looking pretty grim right know but I'll definatly have to check it out at some point Is that the live action film by any chance if so I have one thing to add! Pretty dope ass music video if you catch my drift
  19. What show was it you watched? Mainly so I can add it to the old MyAnimeList
  20. Sorry for the outburst but fuck me your HS teacher let you watch that????? Like the opening alone was pretty "riskay" and he was your marine biology teacher. Kinda jealous of whatever classes you had and teachers. He was obviously a legend to allow that.
  21. First question is this the show? I looked up DNA2 and found this
