Heya, guys! So being a music lover, I've always liked to listen to songs or just plain instrumental background music whenever I can. After looking around here, I'm curious to know now. What do you think of Japanese Doujin Music and the Utaites? I'm pretty new to both, myself, as I've only recently came to discover both of them. To those who are not in the know, Japanese Doujin bands are the equivalent to what we call Indie bands from the west. They're groups of people who self-publish their music. The utaite, is someone who does covers of songs that already exist. They basically do their own takes on a song by rearranging the composition, at times, or just sticking as close as possible to the original. So personally, I've always liked FELT and Primary, ever since I've listened to one of their songs a little while ago. You could say they are my favourite doujin bands. With the utaites, Yuikonnu is at the top of the list. Interestingly enough, she also leads Primary. Some of my other favourites include Sana, Ayaponzu, Hanatan and Reol. I'll take the liberty of leaving two songs here. Give them a spin and share you think! I'm looking for recommendations on this as well, so if you happen to be a seasoned veteran, maybe you could recommend to me some of your favourite doujin bands and utaites. fragile garden - Primary http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_fn_0ENAbc Skygate - FELT http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtgpsovixYQ

Any fans of Love Live? This music title reminded me strongly of K-ON. Characters are all very likable, and plot to well... save the school though getting old is done really well here due to its strong pacing. The Love Live aspiration plot was also well done too. I've only seen the first season so far, second one is on my to watch list. Side note: character profiles written for its landing page.

[FLOAT_RIGHT] [/FLOAT_RIGHT] This may not have a nice art style and all, but still try it! It's one of the best Romance manga with slice of life in it. I'm sure you'll love it! It's one of my top 5 manga! Also it seems like in 2005, Bokura ga Ita won the Shogakukan Manga Award for shoujo. So anyone who's searching for Shoujo anime, try this out. Genre: Comedy, Drama, Romance, School Life, Slice Of Life, Shoujo, Tragedy. Chapters: 70
