  1. Hey guys, I have Dragon Ball (151 episodes), Dragon Ball Z (291 episodes), and Dragon Ball Super (131 episodes). If there's any anime enthusiast who wants to watch them in Blu-ray, feel free to ask, and I can share them. P.S. The total file size is 1.81TB.
  2. I'm really excited and can't wait! So who's also going to be watching One Piece?
  3. I've seen a lot of strong opinions about many Shounen titles, but everyone seems to have an opinion based on different criteria and expectations of what makes a Shounen great. Is it fair to base all Shounen Anime / Manga expectations on a few popular titles even if the stories and overall vibes are vastly different in many ways? Or is it like the Isekai genre where repetition is expected with slight variances?
  4. Can Ostutuki Kaguya in Naruto beat Big Mama in One piece.
  5. So it wasn't until I saw clips of the current season that made me step back and realize just how different Hawks as a character is now. Any sort of charm or charisma he had is completely gone. Granted you can claim that it's because the heroes just took a massive L and I can understand that, but even with the recent manga chapters, he seems more of a former shell of who he used to be and has been relegated to being Endeavor's cheerleader rather than a "light of hope" as Horikoshi claimed before. He's now just this generic good hero character now, not that it's inherently bad for him to be like that, but the thing is, doing this completely removes any sort of potential of seeing moments of him wrestle with himself regarding issues like Twice's death and how he couldn't save him. We don't really get to see much more of what he's thinking or how he's feeling after the war because the story then shifts back to Deku and his classmates by the end of the season. The season spends a good portion of having the story centered around Deku working with the pros, and you're telling me there couldn't have been a moment of him reflecting on his fight with Twice or the commission? While I don't believe Hawks was in the wrong in that situation, especially after watching the anime, and regardless of how you might feel about his actions, it still doesn't take away from the fact that Twice's death was sort of overlooked. It's SHOULD'VE affected whether he's actually killed before or not. He mentioned it maybe once, showing slight remorse, but we don't see him ponder on it for long, and eventually his whole story, and reaction to his idol also being an abuser like his father was is just skipped over. He asks Endeavor if he's responsible for Shoto's scar and finds out it was actually Shoto's mother, and the guy just thinks about how HE'S in the wrong for apparently "abandoning his troubled parents. That's another point I'd like to bring up. Why is Horikoshi writing Hawks to feel any sort of guilt over leaving his abusive household? In what way does that make Hawks a selfish or weak person? So basically, Hawks' has been stripped of everything that made him cool and interesting, being to be a cheerleader for Endeavor, and is for some reason having to deal with the 'guilt' of leaving his abusive parents behind. Like, I'm sorry but wtf happened to Hawks? Going back to my first point regarding his shift in character, I know many fans will say shit like "That wasn't the real him" or "He's a changed person" but I call BS. All these posts made by Hawks stans talking about how he's no longer 'Hawks', but 'Keigo' instead is kind of lost on me. The hope he feels after the war that apparently shows the "real" him has always been there. This isn't anything new. The real him IS the laid-back smart-ass who wants more time to himself, it's his goal after all. I highly doubt he lied about his ultimate goal since he even shared his deepest desire with his idol, telling Endeavor he wants to live in a world where heroes have "too much time on there hands." I know the anime gives these "visual hints" I guess, like giving his eyes that light glint to it now rather than his usual half-lidded eyes with no glint, but I find a bit unnecessary if you in turn want to add emphasis to his eyes during scenes that benefit off that little detail like for example the recent episode where he he's taken aback by Uraraka's speech and the reactions of the angry mob. Some people wanna state that he's an optimist and his laid-back personality is just an act, but was he ever an optimist lol? Sure as hell wasn't introduced as one. Like he always hoped to be free, but there was always some cynicism deep down. They could have done a great story to have him come around to *why* he's developed into an optimist, but he basically came out of the darkest moment of his life just expecting the best out of people. I personally never really read him as “big optimist”. Like, wasn’t he very specifically atypical in his initial characterisation? He talked shit at the top 10 presentation, his goal was to not have to do anything. The one time he was outspoken about his “beliefs”, Endeavour thought it was out of character and something he normally wouldn’t do, which was true. That doesn’t really come across as “virtuous and altruistic Hawks, peak optimist” to me. This is more of a petty complaint I'd like to mention is how annoying it is to see his simps infantilize him in the recent episodes (makes it worse since, Idk if it's intentional or not, but he does look younger now which is a fat no for me, dog) but then again, this issue can be seen with A LOT of characters in the series, it's just become more noticeable for Hawks because of how badly he's been nerfed. Another petty complaint I'd like to add uhhhh his new look?....I don't like it. Typically, especially in shounen/action series when a character suffers battle scars it tends to make them look grittier and cooler. But Hawks, like I mentioned in my previous point just looks...younger? I don't get where all these people are coming from saying the guy looks "waaay better than he did before" when that's a whole ass lie. There's a reason why his character design was my favorite in the series, but he just looks so tacky and nerfed it's hard to even look at him now. I'm willing to go as far to say the manga made him look better, the anime makes him look like a chump. Anyways, I guess what I'm trying to say with all this piss is that I'd prefer to see Hawks as more than the one note character he's turned into in the anime and has been for quite some time in the manga. An interesting character stipped down to something generic, what a waste.
  6. had to choose between it and kaiju no 8. i chose hxh, what are you guy's thoughts on the series and do you think i made the right decision ?
  7. Naruto is know for it's large cast of lovable characters but as of episode 112 of the original series I can definitively say that Rock Lee is easily my favourite character in the series. Everything from his positive demeanor, to his underdog background is so very beautifully shounen, he's so very cheesy with his background of fighting back against those who didn't believe in him, finding comfort in Might Guy and rising to become a splendid ninja. But what I think makes him special is just how genuinely sympathetic, yet still endearingly passionate in the face of absolute failure and misfortune he can be. An example of what I've expressed comes from his legendary fight against Gaara in the preliminaries before the finals of the Chunin Exams. When he is defeated by Gaara we learn that he will never be able to return to being a shinobi due to the severity of his injuries, this causes Lee to question his future and everything up until this point becuase of his ethos being to never give up and that with hard work even he can become a splendid ninja but in spite of it all he keeps a positive outlook and whole heartedly believes he will one day recover with perseverance. Eventually Naruto finds the legendary healer Sanin Tsunade who is famous for her healing capabilities, however she urges Lee to quit being a shinobi due to his only option being life threatening surgery, at this point, desperate for an answer he asks Might Guy what to do, in a highly emotional climax both Lee and Might Guy decide that in order to coninue his dream he must never give up as that is his nindo, his ninja way. In the end he displays something so beautifully simple, that passion and perseverance will always pay off and that even in the worst of times we can continue to be better for ourselves and for those we love. Rock Lee is my favourite because he's corny and goofy and simple and so emblematic of what I love about shounen anime.
  8. Yo Anime Forums! It's Groove_Kami here to bring you this blog. So, I love the series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. It was created back in 1987 by Hirohiko Araki and since then, we've had more than 30 years of this series bliss. It currently has 8 parts, 8 main JoJo's, over 150 stands, and lots and lots of badboys. But, there is a certain part that a lot of fans consider their favorite part, and one of the most popular parts, being Part 5: Golden Wind. Golden Wind has this weird appeal to the fans, and is much different from the earlier parts. It's more, Bizarre, per se. I think one of it's appeals is it's main cast, who we will be looking at and ranking by their strengths and abilities. I will be ranking all 7 of Passione(Bucciaratti's Team), our main cast. Now, if you have seen part 5 and disagree with my rankings, please, be mindful and don't act like a coked-up chimpanzee. Now, with all of this out of the way, let's begin. #7-Leone Abbachio & Moody Blues- Leone Abbachio, a former cop who had quit after the death of his partner, and overall being mediocre at his job. One night, he was found by Bucciarrati, and he was offered to join his squad. He joined the mafia gang, Passione, and got his Stand, Moody Blues. Moody Blues is a close-range Humanoid Stand with the ability of Chronological Rebroadcasting. Chronological Rebroadcasting allows Abbachio to replay any event that has happened, whether it be 5 minutes or 20 years ago. But, the more time had passed from that events, the more time it will take to replay it. Now, this Stand is not used for combat, but more for investigation. This already lands Abbacchio on the weakest spot on the list, along with it's low stats, with a C in Power, Speed, Precision, and Development. It only has A's in Range and Persistence. So yeah, Abbachio is the weakest of all of Passione. #6-Guido Mista & Sex Pistols- Guido Mista, a young man who was cheated by the legal system for murdering 4 people with a gun when saving a woman. He was sentenced 15-30 years in prison, but was eventually bailed out by Bucciaratti due to his skills with a pistol, and offered him a spot on his team. He accepted and got his Stand, Sex Pistols. Sex Pistols is a long-distance colony stand, being 6 in total, numbered 1-7(he skipped 4 due to it being unlucky). Sex Pistols' ability is Bullet Control. Sex Pistols will load themselves into the cylinder of the pistol, and once a bullet is shot, they will ride on the bullet. They then can change the trajectory and/or add power and speed to the bullet. Now, he could've been higher if his Stands were more useful without Mista's gun, because anybody above Mista can break the pistol, catch bullets, or easily defeats their Stands. Plus, Mista will eventually run out of bullets, thus making him and his stand utterly defenseless. #5-Trish Una & Spice Girl- Trish Una, a young woman who is the daughter of the boss of Passione, Diavolo. She originally was suppose to be guarded by Bucciaratti's team, but was secretely supposed to be killed by Diavolo. She then stayed with Bucciarati's team, and developed her Stand, Spice Girl. Spice Girl's ability is Softening. Softening allows Spice Girl to, well, soften anything it touches. This already gives her an advantage because she can soften Mista's gun. But...she doesn't have any other advantage other than actually being a combat stand. So yeah, Trish is just not that strong compared to the other members. #4-Narancia Ghirga & Aerosmith- Narancia Ghirga, a young man who was betrayed by his friends, and was a delinquent with a terrible life. Narancia's mother had died from an eye disease when Narancia was young. Eventually, he was neglected by his father, which basically let Narancia do whatever he wanted. He dropped out of school, and started hanging out with young thugs and delinquents. Eventually, he was tricked by one of his friends and got framed, and was soon betrayed by his friends, and then got the same disease his mother got. One day, Pannacotta Fugo, a member of Passione, found him outside. the resturant he was at. Bucciarratti offered him food, and eventually got his disease healed. He then wanted join Passione, and was accepted. Then he got his Stand, Aerosmith. Aerosmith is a long-distance stand that takes the form of a small WW2 fighter plane, loaded with powerful weapons. He has 2 machine guns loaded under each wings, with an infinite number of hard-hitting bullets. He also has a small bomb that can decimate the inside of a car, and a Carbon Dioxide radar. Narancia is a pretty powerful opponent, but falls in comparison to the people higher than him. #3-Bruno Bucciarati & Sticky Fingers-Bruno Bucciarati, the leader of his own team, and has had a troubled past. His Father was a fisherman, and his Mother would stay at home. They divorced when Bucciaratti was 10, where he decided to stay with his 10. One day, his dead was shot down when he witnessed a drug deal, but was saved by luck. Bruno would vow to protect his father, and did when the dealers came to kill him one night. Bucciarati then joined and served under Passione, eventually gaining his own team, being our main cast. Bucciarati's Stand is Sticky Fingers, a close-range stand that can create and manipulate Zippers. Bucciarati can create Zippers and do a lot with them. He can store and hide in his zippers, unzip his body parts to extend his range, zip and unzip peoples bodies, and so much more. And due to his amazing intellect and creativity, this allows him to climb the ranks to our 3rd spot. #2-Pannacotta Fugo & Purple Haze- Pannacotta Fugo, a young boy who has a high IQ. He was able to go to college at age 10, where he beat his teacher with an encyclopedia after almost getting sexually harassed by his teacher. He was then neglected, and eventually, kicked out of his family by his parents. Then, he was found by Bucciarati, and joined his crew. He then got one of the deadliest Stands in the gang, and all of JoJo, Purple Haze. Purple Haze can create a deadly virus that can eat a living-being's flesh in under 30 seconds. This ability is overpowered, but has one flaw: it damages and affects the user. You could swap Fugo and Bucciarati around, but I chose Fugo over Bucciarati due to his deadly virus. #1-Giorno Giovanna and Gold Experience- Giorno Giovanna. The Main JoJo of Part 5 and the son of Dio Brando. He joined Passione after his fight with Bucciarati so that he can stop the boss, become the boss, and stop the gang from selling drugs to kids. Giorno's Stand is Gold Experience, a Stand that has multiple abilities. His main ability is Life Giver, where it can create living beings from inorganic objects. It has Damage Reflection, which i self explanatory. It can also create flesh and organs to heal and give people new body parts. He also has Life Exhaustion, which allows him to grow and wither things in an instant. It has Life Shot, which can accelerate someone's thought process before they even attack, rendering them unable to move for a bit. But that's not all, because Gold Experience has another form. If Giorno stabs himself with the Requiem Stand Arrow, he can become Gold Experience Requiem, the most powerful Stand in JoJo. It as all of it's original abilities, but with one new ability: Return to Zero. Gold Experience Requiem's ultimate ability is to revert actions and willpower directed against Giorno back to the state of "zero", completely nullifying them and preventing them from becoming "real". Hence, it is virtually invincible, as all "supposed" actions created by an opponent would have been reset (back to point zero). Once struck by this effect, there is no escape from it, and the opponent will have every action they perform reverted back to "zero". It is mentioned by Giorno himself that he is unsure of the exact workings and limits of GER's powers, but it has been shown that its range of influence extends from surface contact to even being in the mere attention field of GER. This cavalcade of abilities allow Giorno to climb up to the strongest spot on Bucciarati's team. Anyway, that's all from me. If you want me to analyze or rank anything from your favorite anime, let me know. Also, this is my first blog on my first day here, so I have high hopes for this sit. Ask me anything in the comments, and I'll see ya later. Adios Chimichangas.
  9. ~Akane-chan! Btw: My favourite character is Pikachu Boi and Icy Hawt (Denki Kaminari and Shouto Todoroki).
  10. Hi everyone! I am actually new to this and tried to introduce myself but I ended up commenting on a post how embarrassing. I hope to make new friends here I really have no one to talk about the anime and mangas I enjoy cause I legit have no friends and no one to talk about anime with. Soooo I am hoping to make friends here and just discuss about new topics , I have not been up to date on anime that are releasing but I do know of the ones that are being postponed due to COVID-19. However, I am a huge bleach fan and I want find anime similar in a way? Thanks!
  11. This is my first post in this forum. I don't know if this will reach many people, but that doesn't matter. I just want my first post to be about my favorite character-Itachi Uchiha from the anime 'Naruto'. Itachi Uchiha- The ninja from Konohagakure who sacrificed all his dreams for the sake of his village. A true dark knight. It all began when he was four years old and was standing in the middle of the aftermath of a Ninja War, where he desperately tried not to cry in front of his father, but couldn't stop the tears from rolling down anyway. Seeing all the dead bodies and the corpses with horrified faces twisted in agony, he decided then and there-He would get rid of war from the world and to achieve that, He'd become the best ninja there was. [mal type=character id=1] [mal type=anime id=1] Then something happened when he was five. An irreplaceable moment, when he held his lovely little brother in his arms. The responsibility he felt towards the little life he now held very dear was unfathomable. Sasuke- the only bundle of joy and hope and light that had kept him going within the darkness throughout his life. Itachi was a pacifist. He questioned 'reality' and 'truth' itself and always tried to see the world without any preconceptions. All he ever wanted was peace and to uphold the peace, he was determined enough to kill his entire family and clan-his own kin-for it. He'd do anything-anything for it, as long as it didn't harm his younger brother. Sasuke was the only one he could never lose in his life, the only one who he wouldn't allow to be sacrificed- his dear brother. The story of Itachi while did start out as a journey to become the greatest ninja and to rid the world of fighting, wasn't about that. In the end, it was all about the love for his younger brother and the bond between them. It was simply the undying love of an elder brother. Itachi Uchiha, the one who protected the peace from within the shadows.
  12. People think shanks is the strongest yonko but they never saw him even fighting. Yes, I'm talking about when people put their yonko power rankings and its something like 1st - shanks, 2nd - kaido .. etc.. Why shanks first when you already know that Kaido is the strongest creature alive and when it's 1v1 u bet on kaido... In my opinion, the list goes like this 1. Kaido. 2. Big Mom. 3. Blackbeard. 4. Shanks. But you can disagree. Big Mom, in my opinion, is one of the most underrated characters in one piece. A lot of people think she is the weakest yonko while we have only seen her get hurt by her own attack ones. She was able to defeat a 300-year-old strongest giant with one hit as a 5-year-old without her fruit and even Pirate King Roger avoided fighting her and stole her poneglyph. She even clashed with Kaido for a time and the fact she has such a strong crew might even make her the strongest if we also are talking about there crew.

  14. So I've been working on a chatbot based off of Nezuko from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. I think she's a fascinating character, and I want to give fans of the anime and manga the chance to talk to her since she doesn't talk too much on her own. Currently, I'm in the training phase so I've been programming her with questions users may or may not ask her. The only problem is I'm only one guy and I'm out of ideas of things to talk to her about, so I'm looking for community input. Keep in mind, she won't just be pre-programmed. She's going to be a mix of programmed responses and machine/deep learning based AI so she will, in essence, have a mind of her own. If you had the opportunity to talk to Nezuko, what would you say to her or ask her? It could be either questions or topics you'd want to discuss with her. Thanks!
  15. TL;DR I like Saitama more than Midoriya, and the themes of One Punch Man appeal to me more than My Hero Academia's. Also, hype culture is bad for any media. I will try to make this blog post spoiler-free, so no worries about that. However, I can't guarantee anything I source will be spoiler-free, so discretion is still advised. This blog entry was inspired from @Seshi and me talking on the Introduce Forums, found here. I tried to condense a lot of what I was thinking there, so hopefully it sounds more fluid here. Just to note, I'm going to call One Punch Man "OPM" and My Hero Academia as "BnHA" So, Seshi is not the first person to ask me why I rate BnHA so lowly. I admitted that 3 and 4 might be a little harsh for something that actually feels like it has heart poured into it, (and that I plan to change these ratings when I read/watch more of the show) but I still heavily prefer OPM over it. I find it interesting that these two are lumped together pretty frequently. Other than being action anime about hero organizations and ranks, I don't find them anything alike structurally. At their core, OPM is a meta-comedy with an overpowered main character that doesn't really get any stronger and BnHA is a battle shounen about progressively and constantly getting stronger. Anyways, the question I get a lot is "why did you enjoy OPM, but not BnHA?" Answering this question means explaining why I like anime to begin with. Compared to western shows and movies, (where I find the characters completely disconnected and shallow) I can relate to anime characters in the weirdest ways, and the more I slowly understand about a character, the more I can appreciate who they are. To give an example of this, Koyomi Araragi from the Monogatari series seems like a shallow character at first. However, as the series continues, more of his motivations and ideologies get revealed, which really made me admire his character and thought put into him. As for Deku, I felt like we knew everything about him from the beginning. He's kind of a timid kid who works hard because he wants to be like All Might. For the two seasons I watched, he's kept this same personality throughout both seasons, and it doesn't seem like he's going to change. I don't think this is necessarily bad writing, (many great works have no character development) but because of what I appreciate in anime, I don't like it when characters are shallow and unchanging. Conversely, I love when characters are deep or develop throughout the story, as it's showing that everyone can either change for the better, or is simply misunderstood. To move the topic onto OPM, I actually found Saitama's character to be more than "I'm bald man that kill in one hit". There are actually already videos explaining why Saitama is a representation of a depressed worker that feels nothing due to the harsh nature of the Japanese workplace, but I won't go into that in this blog post. Instead, I'm just going to mention that Saitama has an enthralling relationship with the other heroes, particularly Fubuki, Genos, and King. The dichotomy he plays with these other heroes is something unique and unlike most anime I've seen. The last thing I'd like to talk about here is the themes the two shows portray. From the first two seasons of BnHA, I found the theme to be "we shouldn't be afraid to follow in our predecessor's footsteps", especially in the second season with Todoroki. OPM, on the other hand, has a theme of "you should focus on improving yourself rather than comparing yourself to others", which is made apparent with characters like Genos and Glasses. I can appreciate both of these themes, but OPM's appeals more to me. I hope this a lesson that everybody takes to heart, as many people (including myself) don't feel confident because they're not as good as others' at doing something. I say screw that, be your own person. Are you a better person than you were yesterday? If so, then that's all you need. That's all for this post. Have any thoughts, questions, suggestions on this post or the next? Feel free to let me know, since I love talking and listening to others about anime. Don't be afraid to say something controversial, if it's what you truly believe.
  16. Sup ladies and gents, thought I'd get your opinion on the upcoming anime Sewayaki Kitsune No Senko-San. Originally, I started out reading the manga and I can't help the excitement I'm feeling for this show. I absolutely loved it's manga counterpart and can't wait to see Senko-San and all the other amazing characters come to life in the animation. I'm really hyped for this show and can't wait to see it in the form of an anime~! Anyways, how are you all feeling about it??
  17. This is the second entry in a series on how to make your own web manga. Now that you have a story idea we can start expanding it. For the sake of continuity, let’s say my chosen story idea is: We have an idea. Not a story. In its current form, it’s useless. It doesn’t give us much information. We have to take it from concept to actualization. We can do this by adding structure. Basic Story Structure Every good story has a beginning, middle, and end. Think of your favorite movie, book, or anime. They all have that. It’s what separates a good story from a bad one. Stories that don’t follow this tend to be incomplete and confusing. Beginning Takeji is a nerdy highschool boy. He’s quite tall and gets bullied for it constantly. This makes him want to quit school. Middle One day he meets a transfer student named Hayato who is also tall. Hayato shows him an NBA game. This motivates Takeji to learn the sport of basketball. With Hayato’s help he gets ready to try out for his school’s basketball club. End Takeji makes the cut and is accepted into the club. However, he also realizes how far he is from making it into the NBA. He has a lot to improve on first. This was only the first step of his long journey. Try reading this story again but skip the middle part. Confusing isn’t it? Club? What club? He wants to make it in the NBA? But why? I thought he wanted to quit school? Try reading it without the end part. It feels unfinished right? It makes you want to know what happened next. Was that it? That’s the whole story? Did he make his school’s basketball club? What is the “Beginning” for? This is where you do the introductions. Where does your story take place? Show the time period and setting. Reveal the main character and side characters. Give a taste of what people can expect. What is the “Middle” for? This is where you tell your story. This part will be longer than the beginning and end. The climax (highlight) of the story takes place here. The middle is the part that people find the most exciting. What is the “End” for? This is where you wrap things up. And provide a satisfying ending. You can also setup a sequel here. Like what I did in my example. Your story’s message should have already been delivered at this point. Our story idea has now been transformed into a complete story. Albeit a very short story. Next stop is to flesh it out some more.

  19. Sky Blue is a manga series that I love a lot. It's already been completed but it's not fully scanlated, so I'm currently waiting for every chapter to come out one at a time for me to read in English. I like the story a lot and I think it deserves to be popular. But I think I can safely assume that a lot of you reading this might have just been hearing about this manga for the first time. I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of shounen battle with crazy super powers. But it's a bit more than that. It has a little bit of slice of life in the story. The closest manga series I can think of as a good comparison is Bleach. So if you are a big fan of Bleach you might like Sky Blue, or if you're a fan of action shounen manga in general you might really like it. I would really like to have a discussion with other fans on this manga. Like I said earlier I think Sky Blue deserves to be popular and maybe starting a fan community here is the first step.
  20. Does anyone have suggestions for manga and anime that my best friend (Jesse) and I could read/watch and review? 21. Hey all, Kuro here and I just finished watching the above mentioned title yesterday and am curious to know what anyone else who watched it thought of it. Right now its a 12-episode season with the 2nd season to air sometime this year (2018). Oni, a buddy of mine and co-worker had watched it and touted to me that it was the best thing ever to hit the market. So sitting down with extremely high expectations I watched it and felt that it was completely oversold. So okay, breaking down the whole I found that the entire 12 episode run had some severe pacing issues. At first it was manic and seemed like someone told the production crew that they only had enough money to make 6-episodes, and they were trying to cut corners by utilizing an information dump on us concerning the MC. Then all of a sudden they got told that it was cool, there was enough money for 12-episodes and they slowed the story progression down to a crawl. I also noticed that the entirety suffered from some form of ADD wherein the focus was constantly lost on the MC and diverted to the new and shiny all the time. Of course as for the MC, plain, dull and lifeless. However, the supporting character that spend the last six episodes with him was awesome. Well developed and tons of growth. Honest...should have made him the MC and left the other one out. Just my feelings. What was done right IMHO was the art and animation. Enjoyed the style with the sharp colors and tight lines. A very nice clean and satisfying experience visually. Outside of that though, everything else was completely unmemorable and I am very upset with Oni at this moment for allowing me to waste my time on this. Well, who am I kidding, I don't feel that anime is a waste of time as long as there was a hint of enjoyment out of it, and this one did provide that with the artwork. Anyway, let me know what you think if you've watched it, if not, take a peep at it and chime in. I'm interested in hearing if everyone see's it the way I did, or if I missed something and they saw a better series than I did. Cheers, -Kuro
  22. Are there any settings/gimmicks battle shounens could use to be original? We already have ninjas (Naruto), pirates (One piece), martial arts (dragon ball and couple others), superheroes (MHA) etc. Heck, we even have at least two wizard ones (FT and Black Clover)! Are there any settings/gimmicks left? Or do new battle shounens have to use something that has already been done? If yes, any ideas how they can make it unique from others?
