Illusion of Terra Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 We once had neighbors who would play salsa music up until 3 or 4am almost every day. Thing was we couldn't really do anything because they had small children and where living in social housing, so unless they threatened to kill you and being locked away as a result, it was close to impossible to evict them.
