an anime i've been looking for

I'm new to this forum but i have to ask a question scince i have the feeling this is my best shot of finding it. 

a few years ago i saw a video complaition of anime and there is one little bit out of it that haunts me till this day.

it was a scene where two people were chasing a gioant round goldfish that was bouncing trough a town. i am wondering if anyone knows from what anime it is cause i think ill like it.
