Beocat Posted July 17, 2020 Share Posted July 17, 2020 Definitely Washu from Tenchi Muyo, looks like the Tenchi OVA series (by her clothes). She appears in Tenchi Muyo OVA, Tenchi Muyo Universe, Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki!, Tench in Tokyo (briefly) and all the movies. Probably is at her best in the OVA.
