God Gohan Posted September 4, 2015 Share Posted September 4, 2015 This year's 41st issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump will announce on Monday that Haruto Ikezawa will begin a new series titled Mononobu in the magazine's 42nd issue on September 14. The "hot-blooded youth shogi manga" follows an impractical boy named Shinobu who accidentally moves into share-house for aspiring shogi (Japanese chess) professionals. Ikezawa debuted with the kendo manga Kurogane, which ran in Shonen Jump from 2011 to 2013. Shueisha published the manga in eight compiled volumes.
