I saw this really great anime but I can't remember it.

There was this guy that got sucked into a parallel world through a toilet. There is a scene when one of his enemies summons boogers from all over the world. The guy later becomes his ally and helps him defeat his father(booger man's father). He is some sort of alien prince. Can anyone help me remember it's name?
