I thought I'd ask you guys: the anime is a romantic comedy about a very huge guy and a very small and cute girl who fall in love (it's llike beauty and the beast :D) I remember the friend of main character (the huge guy) had a friend who's father was about to go under heart surgery. rings any bell?
