Wild Emotion
I've already started on my Christmas list (the wishlist of the presents I'd like to have for Christmas) because we need to save up for Christmas presents right now. So, I was wondering if anyone else was started on their Christmas list?
Animedragon
At my age I now have no close family to give Christmas present "wish lists" to and in any case I've got most of the things I want, and those that I do want are rather specialised and expensive and not the sort of thing I could ask someone to buy for me. On the other side of the coin I've brought the presents for my two best friends and have a good idea what I'll be getting for my other friends. I've designed my Christmas card for this year and just need to finalise it before sending it off to the printers.
Deeath
Currently my christmas list is this - Microphone (Blue Yeti) - New Headset for my Xbox - A bucket hat (already getting it for my bday, its a soul eater bucket hat >:)) - Xbox gift card, 50-100$
Metro
I had plans to get my family & friends presents this year but due to a huge opportunity to not only have an experience of a lifetime but also raise a lot of money for charity, me and my partner have decided to do a no spend year and focus all our time and effort (and money) on this and all I could ever hope for is donations to the charity and help reach the goal of 5k I need to have reached by Summer 2023!
efaardvark
Oh ghods no! Absolutely not ready for the Christ mass-shopping experience! Anyway, we're still not even to Halloween. I'll start thinking about xmas sometime after Thanksgiving.

We don't get any anymore. lol Our distant family kind of shuns us. 20 hours ago, PogFrog said: Currently my christmas list is this - Microphone (Blue Yeti) - New Headset for my Xbox - A bucket hat (already getting it for my bday, its a soul eater bucket hat >:)) - Xbox gift card, 50-100$ What's a bucket hat? That's the only thing idk what it is on there. 19 hours ago, Metro said: I had plans to get my family & friends presents this year but due to a huge opportunity to not only have an experience of a lifetime but also raise a lot of money for charity, me and my partner have decided to do a no spend year and focus all our time and effort (and money) on this and all I could ever hope for is donations to the charity and help reach the goal of 5k I need to have reached by Summer 2023! That's admirable. I'm not sure how that idea would be taken if I suggested it, seeing as it isn't my money. It's something to think about though. 14 hours ago, efaardvark said: Oh ghods no! We're saving up for Xmas early, with everything getting so expensive and it'll probably only get more expensive as time goes on.

Its sick! Thanks for enlightening us, I wondered what a bucket hat was . I have a a collection of baseball caps and they're my preferred headwear, but I think I may need to buy something more traditional as a baseball cap looks so wrong with a suit and tie, especially at weddings and funerals .
Clavius
Am I the only one that gets embarrassed having to open gifts on front of others? We don't do lists but we do acting skills.

We don't do lists but we do acting skills. I generally don't have a problem opening gifts in front of people. If someone gives me a gift in a public place I would thank them and take it home and open it there. If the person has come to my house, or I've gone to theirs, for a meal or something then I would have no problem opening the gift while they watched, my friends would probably expect me to do that. If it was a Christmas or birthday gift then if it wasn't Christmas Day or my birthday I'd leave it unopened until the appropriate day. My grandmother was the family matriarch and decreed that on Christmas Day the family must all get together and part of the ritual was the gift exchange after Christmas lunch. All the gifts were piled up in a heap and someone would be appointed to be "Santa" and distribute them. The person would then have to open their gift, thank the giver and display it to everyone before the next gift was given out. Depending on the gift that could get embarrassing. This no longer happens of course.

That's always been the case though, my emotions are always like that. idk why though, I guess just how I am. But no, not that I recall. As I sometimes say though, to each their own. It's nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed about, we all have our unique little things about us that make us, well, us. Trust me, you're in good company one way or the other. Fezo_chan
I just want to buy new beautiful and cute socks. Christmas list... I don't need to write it, since I have everything for my comfortable life. Sometimes I look at some good things, which gave to me for Christmas and realize that I don't need them. I will sell them to someone.

Nebulous
My daughter is impossible to buy for. She never tells me what she wants, she just says "I dunno" so I end up giving her a gift card or cash and then she seems disappointed in that. If I buy her an actual present chances are she wont like it.

Wolfwood
nope not Yet after thanksgiving i will Besides All I want is Christmas cash anyway or Cash for Christmas anyway around $40 to $50 bucks so My Christmas List should just take about Five to ten minutes start to finish Edited November 21, 2022 by Nicholas D. I looked around at the different games out there and movies for mine. It's a total craps shoot but I like the fairly random nature of what I'll get. Cash would be nice, but I don't get out enough to spend it. ^^;

Neb
I asked for a Switch OLED because my Switch from launch day in 2017 has seen better days. There are scratches all over it, the fans have gotten extremely loud, and the kickstand broke off three years ago. The nicer screen and longer battery life are also a bonus. I imagine playing visual novels in handheld mode will be even better. I also asked for the new Carly Rae Jepson album on vinyl, Pokémon Blue since I've always wanted to own a physical copy of a gen 1 game, and a few books.
