I think the destruction of Earth by Golden Frieza in Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection "F", although quick, was utter oblivion for the Earth. Until Whis turned back time a relatively short amount to before the destruction so Goku could prevent it. But, in my eyes, that was definitely one of the best acts of utter destruction by a frustrated Golden Frieza that was losing the fight.
