What did you do today?

This morning I spent some time digging the weeds out from between the paving slabs outside the back door which was much harder work that I thought it would be. After lunch I changed the bed and did some washing.

I had chikky filet for lunch as Pessi mentioned, went to get that and I had 2 honey pepper pimento chicken sammichs that I ate so fast I felt bad after it but NO REGRETS BECAUSE I LOVE THOSE lol 

I was in the grocery store today looking for these peach yogurt thingys I like and I had a moment I thought I had found my soulmate like in the movies  I was looking in the case, and another person next to me that I wasn't really paying attention to was also looking in the case. Suddenly we both reached for the doors of the case at the exact same time and our hands touched lmao It was like one of those Disney romance movie moments and I was like oh... soul.. mate? Then it's this guy who is like 70 or 80 years old but I mean, he was good looking so I wasn't totally opposed yet to this idea, like aight, not what I expected but I'm still invested here, until he apologized and then I saw him wander back to his wife  LOLL

Sounds like a fun and relaxing day! Today, I had a pretty productive one myself. I started off with a morning workout, which really set a positive tone for the day. After that, I spent some time working on a blog post for my site about the latest trends in home renovation—something I’m really passionate about. In the afternoon, I took a break and went out to a local café for lunch, where I picked up a new book on interior design that I’m excited to dive into. Now, I’m winding down by playing a bit of *Stardew Valley* and catching up on some anime before calling it a night. Looking forward to hearing what everyone else has been up to!

I started work earlier than usual to get started on a few things. This also meant I finished earlier than expected and had more afternoon time to relax, take a nap, enjoy the weather. I went for a run at lunch and a quick cardio session. The weather has been nice now without this heat and humidity anymore so I was able to do this in the garden on the gym balcony area. They usually use this area for yoga but since no one was using it I worked out there instead. The weather was so nice today that I even took my work laptop and sat on the balcony for a lot of the day getting fresh air.

This afternoon when finishing work I simply played games and relaxed.

I wish I was one of these people like yourself and @Zeref who could work out in the morning lol I can barely even brush my hair in the morning. 

I just had classes today + work study courses. I was actually a little annoyed at the work study courses because we leave for them around 12:30-1, usually are back around 4-5. This week we found out we are going to a different place the next few weeks and some of these days we prolly won't be home until 8-9PM. I love fish, and I love what I do, but I really don't want to be at class all day studying, then doing this until 8-9PM, not getting home until 9:30ish. Then having 2 hours of homework to come home and do. I don't know when I will even have time to have a moment for me time.

I don't function well in the morning either. I might get up early but I'm running on auto-pilot.

Now that sounds really rough. Getting home at 8 or 9pm is bad enough but then having to do 2 hours homework is seriously bad news. I hope that routine won't last for too long.

This morning I went to Starbucks to get a coffee to wake up with and a woman in the line was yelling at the worker. Calling her racist, degrading, sexist phrases of just about everything you could possibly think of. I don't know how this worker woman was being so calm but I think they must deal with this a lot. There was a line almost out of the door and this screaming woman still was holding up the line so no one could order. She finally moved down the line to the pick up area and I had the misfortune of ending up standing next to her while waiting in the area for my drink while she was still yelling. When I went to the counter to get my drink that was called she grabbed it and threw it on me. Lucky for me it was an iced coffee so there was not burning but I was furious. 

It was that point she finally realized she messed up I think because she left quickly. The police had already been called by the workers and when the police got there I had to give them a statement. The workers gave me a $100 gift card for what had happen. I guess that is nice but why do people have to be so crazy?

Yeah I have to get up for school but I don't feel like I'm awake/alive until after noon lol ~ I just don't know how they expect us to be able to do that much work + some of friends also work on top of all that so I don't know how they even function. 

@Zeref ~ Sorry but I'm still half laughing about this situation lmfaooo I mean it's funny but it's not, I wish I could have been there to see the look on your face and also because I want to slap the **** out of that woman so I'm conflicted over it  No one throws stuff at chuuu but me XD and I mean.. mine is limited to plushies and pillows. All these entitled people these days tchh, just act however they want and think their actions have zero consequences. And odds are, the police won't even find her/follow up on it/nothing will happen x.x I mean at least you weren't injured lol 

I just had school today, then work study courses, nothing really good or interesting. I only just got home a few ago so I'm really exhausted and still have homework to get to doing.

@Zeref Wow, that's not what you want to encounter when you go to get a drink, I 'm glad you're OK. That woman's attitude was disgraceful no one should racially abuse another person, it's just not acceptable behaviour and to grab another person's drink and throw it at them is also unacceptable behaviour. I'm glad it was an iced coffee because coffee shops often make the drinks really hot and it could have burnt you. Sadly there's a lot of crazy people in this world.

The only good part of this was that it was a cold drink. Otherwise with how hot Starbucks makes its coffee that could have required a hospital visit.

Been trying out a new game out called Stardew Valley. I like it so far! Reminds me of when I played Harvest Moon on the Gamecube. Man I really loved those games.

School started this week and it’s already hell. On the first day I arrived late to 3/4 classes. Also we only have 7 minutes in between each classes so no time to go to the toilet, the doors next to the toilet in the guys washroom doesn’t even close, my locker is in the basement and my classes on the 5th floor. What a way to start a new year in a new school haha I wanna cry. At least I finished Jojo part 3 and loved it.

Wth sometimes I wonder why people act like that. Glad you are safe but why did she even took your coffee and throw it on you for no reason. I can’t believe this it real. At least you got a 100$ card so that’s sorta of a win

Harvest Moon just sparked some kind of core memory in me, forgot that existed lol

Sounds like you are having as much as I am this year. I already want to drop out and I'm barely 2 weeks in x.x

Today at work studies courses I fell off a boat and had to get a rabies vaccination because they thought I got bit or scratched by a beaver, no one knows, and I probably didn't it was probably a scratch from one of the rocks so yeah that's how my week is going on top of these 15-16 hour classes + work studies courses + homework now I can't feel my whole arm from this vaccination. And I had to spend like 2 hours in the emergency room

Apparently they caught the arsonist in the area at least, turned out to be some 15-16 year olds from what I heard but I haven't read anything official on that yet.

Yeah Harvest Moon is one of those games I played back when I was much younger and got excited when I bought the Gamecube! Lol! Those were the days. Something that looks like Harvest Moon is Story of Seasons I played on Nintendo Switch.

Story of seasons is harvest moon but with a different name. They are the same developper but they can’t use the name harvest moon anymore if I remember correctly so that’s why it’s called that

I did very little today. I had planned to go out and film some trains, but it was cold, overcast and wet and not the weather for standing on a station platform filming trains.   If there had been a steam train coming I would have done it.

Nothing much really today. I was checking out my list on MyAnimeList earlier today and see what anime I'll watch next soon.

Sadly I have seen worst happen when we were in Chicago. This types of entitled people seems almost norm lately. 

Today I took my gift card, went back to Starbucks, didn't have anything dumped on me and spent my card getting coffees for @Sakura, our neighbors, and the front desk workers at our apartments concierge. It felt nice to turn a negative experience around into doing something positive that made peoples day a little better if only for a minute. 

I also finished ahead of schedule on this project for work and we were able to take the afternoon off to get started earlier on the weekend. I was working out on the outside roof area for awhile but it started to rain and I had to call it quits for today since it looks like rain the rest of the evening. Instead I went to play FFX and some other games.

Today was just another blur of school.. work study courses... homework.. feels never ending. But I had some extra free time today since work studies ended earlier than expected and so I was able to come home earlier and play some games and have a little bit of a destress period. Tonight I think I'll make some PC holders and watch a movie or something nice.

Cleaned some house with doing some chores, mopping, sweeping, etc. Went to Dizzy Whizz to have milkshakes and burgers for lunch. Spending the rest of the day playing games. Going to go workout in a couple of hours too.

Went to Dizzy Whizzy and had peanut butter milkshakes ;D Also went for a walk by the river listening to music and that was great to be out in the fresh air and not feel sweaty and hot x.x 

It seems some crazy person that is an ex-friend of mine is harassing me and following me all over the internet too, so I had to delete a bunch of my social media accounts and now he's making new accounts to message me and message my friends asking them to give me messages x.x It's really annoying and I don't understand why people can't understand that this behavior isn't going to make you want to talk to them again.

I slept in awhile this morning. The weather has been nice and cold so when I woke up I went for a run and worked out. Doing some shopping now for some food, once again we are struggling with these Instacart deliveries being right.
