Another SAO themed GFX. As you can't really have Kirito without Asuna this one is for her and uses the same background as the Kirito one so they are a matching set.

Good things come in pairs that is the case with these Sword Art gfx's. Very cool and creative I know I said that about the Kirito one but I second it on the Asuna one.

Thank you, I'm pleased that you like my art. I've only been doing the sort of graphics I post on here since September, and it was Sakura who encouraged me to start up this gallery. I've been doing various sorts of graphics for the last 25 or so years mostly posters, wallpapers, invites, motto cards etc.  As for what inspires me, I do a bit of everything, if I'm doing something like a poster that has to have a certain message then I usually give it a lot of thought and planning before I start work on it. When I'm doing stuff for myself what usually happens is that I get an idea to do something based on a series I've watched or a render that I really like. Sometimes I have an idea how I want it to look and other times I open up the program and start dropping things on it and see how it turns out- sometimes what I end up with is nothing like what I started with 🙂

My sister is also the one who encouraged me to start making graphics and taught me. You've been doing graphics longer than I've been alive if it's been 25 years! I've only been creating mine for a little over a year. My process is usually building off of renders I find that I decide to use.

I enjoyed scrolling the pages of your gallery and seeing what you've created. I look forward to seeing future art posted.

Looking at your sig I can see her influence, she taught you well it's a good piece of work.

That's the sort of thing that happens when you get old 🙂.  Towards the end of my career I'd been doing the job almost as long as my manager had been alive, he didn't really like that because he was one of those people who think they know everything just because they're the boss.

You've made a good start and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work.  A lot of my stuff is built off renders I like the look of and want to use, although I do add-in some other elements.  If you use Photoshop I'd recommend you have a look at Panosfx.com he's got some great add-on there. (I have no connection with Panos other than as a happy customer).

Thanks you a lot however I didn't make my current sign it was something someone else made that said I could use until I created something to use here. I'm a little lazy you see so creating something myself has been on the back burner this week. I am working on getting my own showcase together and organizing my art pieces but it's a lot more work than I initially planned out. Soon there will be one and I hope it's as well liked as everyone else's here. I'll also look into that website you mentioned. Any extra resources are happily accepted.

We're really going back in time for this one. Released in 1988 Gunbuster was an iconic and popular Sci-fi series throughout the 1990s.

I've seen a little of this show when I was younger growing up I had forgotten about it 😆 Really nice background with this fits the theme of the show well. You are getting better with these signatures.

Nice Gunbuster one of the best anime ending to be honest I prefer Gunbuster than NGE because of the conflict and ending.

@Zeref, @Sakura, @Kirika_Madeleine Thank you all for your kind comments about my latest GFX I really appreciate them. I had a lot of fun doing the Gunbuster one and spent ages getting the background looking right and getting the texture on the title looking suitably faded.

Gunbuster was one of those series that everybody knew and watched back in the 90s it was a Sci-fi series with just about everything in it, giant mech, a mega-giant mech, cute girls, drama, sadness, personal loss, romance, huge alien monsters, epic space battles and a great ending. and all that in 6 episodes! Directed by Hideaki Anno, more famous these days for NGE, the series is available on Blu-ray.

I didn't know of this anime myself either, but it sounds like it has it all. Only 6 episodes suits my attention span too.

Thank you.

Back in the 90s just about everything was 6 episodes, which seems really short now. Fortunately I have quite a long attention span which came in useful with some series coming in at 52 episodes or more. More recently 13 seems to be the norm.

That sounds like a pretty cool anime ^^ I haven't watched a lot of mecha anime but it sounds like it has a very interesting plot to it that is more than just fighting.

I agree with the others, the background really suits this and the font you used matches well.

Excellent project, my friend!!! I haven't heard of it, but to be fair that anime came out the year I was born. It looks like a blast to watch though if that finished project is anything to go by. ^^ ^^ ^^ ^^ ^^

Thank you.  There were some great anime released back then, there was also some not-so-good anime, Gunbuster was one of the good ones.

I felt like doing something bright and cheerful, and from a slightly more well known series 🙂. So here are Mai and Sayuri from Kanon.

Wow 😻 What a cool piece of art. I love everything about it, especially the circular frame you used with all of these flowers surrounding it. Everything blends together so well and the bright colors look beautiful. Even the font choice looks elegant and works together so amazingly with the rest of the banner.

It reminds me a little of my sisters work and how she always incorporates flower pngs into many of her signatures and banners. I've always loved that bright flowery style but I'm not very good at using it myself.

This is my favorite of all the ones I've seen you make so far. The colours are perfect as is the flower background you used behind these flowers in the front.
