My recollection of Show by Rock (including Mashumairesh!! & Stars) is that it is more cute & humorous than sexy. Uchitama: Have You Seen My Tama? has cat & dog people of both genders with an emphasis on cute slice of life. Princess Connect ReDive might work (because of Karyl) thought it’s a harem. If by neko you’re willing to include normal cats, I highly recommend My Roommate is a Cat. Cats with human like behavior: The Masterful Cat is Depressed Again Today & Ramen Akaneko. Possibly Aria (The Animation, The Natural, The Origination), as each gondola company has a cat mascot.
