I remember having to wear the same getup for work.  During one of our "level one" supports we had to wear *2* masks AND a face protector that covered our whole head.  And stay 6 feet apart.  And not eat for the duration.  Fun times.  (not)

Sir, your work seems to be that dangerous needed to wear those shields. What if lvl2 or higher? You have to wear gas mask and armor

Anyway, I think I need to post an outdated pic instead of those newer pic that was taken during our grad pictorial. I really dislike the edit of that studio

  It's actually the other way around.  Level 1 is our highest level of support, 4 our lowest.  1 would be like "we're launching a spacecraft to Mars".  4 is more "this event is unusual and you should try to stay awake".  Only level 1 supports require everyone's physical presence at work for the event.  Level 2 and higher can be supported remotely or on an on-call basis.

For that event we had about 30 mission-critical people in the same room and management didn't want to take any chances.  The concern was not just for the event itself but that if even a few of those people were to get sick and be out for weeks then that could itself be a major risk if something were to happen that required the skills of someone too sick to fix the problem.
