Sakura
Now I can add snails and freshwater in general to my list of things to stay away from
Animedragon
Same here. Where would we be if it wasn't for Zeref telling us about all these dangerous things we must avoid? 1

Sakura
I accidentally ate snails once when I went out to eat with my best friend and her family. We went to a French restaurant and I had no idea what any of the menu said because at the time I was 10-11. Sooo I just ordered whatever my friend had ordered. It turned out to be a snail salad of some sort X.X I had no idea what I was eating until about half way through when her dad mentioned it and I almost threw up lmao I think this may have had some effect on why I proceeded to take 6 years of French language courses so this would never happen to me again

I love French language, I studied it for around 6 years, though I'm nowhere near proficient at it, I do know enough to read it mostly okay and get around/ask questions and I won a French poetry contest several years back lol ~ I think that was all thanks to the dang snail salad incident
Sasuke
Was that the one about the crow and the fox that you recited to me some 500 times for practice? Because even I remember that poem and it gives me trauma I heard it so many times
Zeref
Did you know that Foxes are the first animals known to use the Earth's magnetic field to find prey?

There is an interesting article on it here To quote part of the article: "The researchers say their findings suggest the successful attacks were enhanced by magnetic alignment, and Burda said their favorite hypothesis is that the fox uses information on the Earth’s magnetic field as a range finder. Burda said the fox could sense the magnetic northerly direction as a patch of dark or light. In the northern hemisphere the magnetic field tilts downwards below the horizontal at an angle of 60-70°, so the fox edges forward in search of the point at which the angle of the sound from the prey meets the slope of the magnetic field. At that point the prey is a fixed jump distance away."

Some animals are a lot smarter and have better abilities than we think they do. 5 hours ago, Sakura said: Are foxes going to use magnetic fields to attack me now? Probably. But then again probably not. You just can't tell with foxes, they're mysterious creatures. Remember that foxes can't say moshi moshi. Zeref
It's important to remember that a fox says "Ring-ding-ding-ding-dingeringeding!Gering-ding-ding-ding-dingeringeding, Wa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pow! Hatee-hatee-hatee-ho, Joff-tchoff-tchoffo-tchoffo-tchoff!Tchoff-tchoff-tchoffo-tchoffo-tchoff! Jacha-chacha-chacha-chow!Chacha-chacha-chacha-chow! Fraka-kaka-kaka-kaka-kow! A-hee-ahee ha-hee! A-hee-ahee ha-hee! A-oo-oo-oo-ooo! Woo-oo-oo-ooo! Wa-wa-way-do Wub-wid-bid-dum-way-do Wa-wa-way-do!" In case anyone thinks I've lost my mind, let's not forget that this song plagued us 11 years ago but I still have to admit it's still catchy today. neverletmego
Mike: Once, on the shore on the great Northern Sea, two men stood alone on a pier (wind sounds start as we pan over to a close-up of Crow). Crow: Sven? (long, slow pan over to a close-up of Tom). Tom: Ja, Ole? (long, slow pan back to Crow) Crow: There came'n to me a thought (long, slow pan back to Tom). Tom: Ja? (long, slow pan back to Crow) Crow: I will count the boards of this pier (the camera pulls back to reveal Crow and Tom are right next to each other). Tom: Ja? Crow: And you… Tom: Ja? Crow: You will count the slits between the boards. Tom: You the boards, and I the slits. Crow: Ja. Tom: Tch. Begin. (they take a step forward on each line.) Crow: One. Tom: One. Crow: Two. Tom: Two. Crow: Three. Tom: Three. Crow: Four. Tom: Four. Crow: Five. Tom: Five. Crow: Six. Tom: Six-AAAAAH! (Tom falls behind the counter and a splash is heard) Crow: And so you see, when you’re out of slits, you’re out of pier. Zeref
Did you know there is such a thing as a Rat King? A "Rat King" is a phenomenon where a group of rats get their tails tangled together, often due to the tails becoming intertwined while sleeping in close quarters, sometimes with the entanglement further solidified by sticky substances like sap or gum, effectively binding them together as a clump. You can see an image of this on Google image searches, but it's horrifying. 1 1
