everything you hear on the news is mortifying its talking about all the problems in our corrupt world, they should start making happy news channels about small things that can bring joy to people to take away from the scary things.

I've seen there are orb and drone reports coming in from countries all over the world since this started. I believe some are copycat drones but a lot of this is a little baffling. Moreso since the governments keep saying nothing is going on..

Those are just Santa's Christmas drones. He's trying something new this year instead of the sleigh and reindeer.

Sigh.   Another Christmas tradition gone. ☹️

Governments never really know what's going on in the real world outside their respective Houses 😀.

In the past, snowball fights were sometimes more like a mugging than a game. An 1880 article in The New York Times headlined “Evil Effects of Snow-Balling” cites two Christmastime instances where “young rowdies” attacked people: One confrontation ended with one of the attackers being shot by a pistol (likely by another snowballer who was trying to hit the people chasing them); the other, which involved an ambush of a Chinese-owned laundromat, ended with several injuries to the workers.

I have a fear of falling on the ice underneath the snow and someone seeing me do it then never recovering from the embarrassment of random strangers I will never see again having witnessed the moment :V

I agree with that, falling over and having random strangers help you back up is seriously embarrassing. I'm also worried that the fall would break something and I'd end up in hospital.

While I fall all the time I think the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to me in public is when it was super wet outside from snow and slush, a car drove past me incredibly fast when I was walking to school and sprayed me all over with icy cold slush and I had no choice but to go to school that way.
