Orius
That's quite the impressive collection Orius! Very well done and I commend you on your efforts to post them all here. I know it really takes a long time and is such a pain Yeah, it was kinda a pain. lol I just happened to stumble on it immediately right after I rewatched Toy Story 2 last night, and I thought what the heck. Felt it was nice to share photos of my home and country with you guys. 1
Cy~
@Orius Can I just say that I really liked everything that you posted here? Thank you for being willing to share! If you don't mind, I just want to say that you should keep taking pictures. You have a nascent talent in composition, I think. Some of those shots were just plain cooool. 1 1

Some of those shots were just plain cooool. Can't really say I'm the photographer type. lol If anything, I'm interesting in filming than photography, even if they do require similar techniques and skills (like the framing you mentioned). And to tell you the truth, I think I took those photos with a cheap camera phone... Can't really remember, but I hardly think that I had taken them on a DSLR, if you know what I mean. Nectar
Just a short one today, but I was playing mini-golf with my girlfriend over the weekend, and in the water there were these very cute ducklings It can't be nice swimming though, in that dark-blue dyed water 2

I used to work at a hotel that had a small lake/large pond and they used a dye that was totally safe for animals, even for them to drink! That's a super cute picture btw Edited June 29, 2017 by Guest

Cy~
I hardly think that I had taken them on a DSLR, if you know what I mean. Eh, equipment doesn't matter. Photography is about the art of taking a photo, nothing more and nothing less. I used to practice composition with instant cameras. It turns out that this is a popular hobby, and instant cameras have absolutely minimal frills, hahaha.
Cy~
Time to share some pics! These are from the last hike and a few of them were actually really dangerous to take, but I was feeling brave and a little stupid. My first warning that things would get a little rough was a sign leading down a foreboding path - Perdition Trail. We didn't take that route! I wanted to, but Zoop recommended actually living. I like living, living is good! Anyways, we continued on and came across some stunning views (with a highway in the pic, due to the continuing march of civilization), water, more water. We sat down to take a break at a rather weird bench. And, apparently, we visited the fairy falls. I ummm didn't see any fairies, but it was actually a really weirdly pretty sight. Then things became stranger... Finally, I had a chance for one more picture before the trail became dangerous and I had to focus on not dying. I'm not really happy with this angle on the mini waterfalls, but I didn't have much of a choice. It was actually as close as I could get and the best angle that I could get without falling a few hundred feet, hahaha. That's reassuring then. It was a little distracting trying to play while I'm seeing these animals turn blue in the water :3 They were loving it though I FUCKIN LOVE MINIGOLF OMG SAME JUST NOT WHEN I LOSE Twice in a row she's beaten me now... and I work at a golf club :'( Time to share some pics! Those are fucking beautiful. I can't add more than that. Except... I've seen weirder benches. 1

efaardvark
Looks like fire season is here. Really smoky in the neighborhood this morning when I woke up. Supposed to be in the triple digits this weekend too, temperature-wise. sunrise through the smoke... Believe it or not there’s supposed to be a mountain in the background in the second pic.

RuthisianCodex
My workout area. Most of the exercises I do like lunges, squats, getting my daily steps, etc. don't require any equipment but since I'm toning as I lose weight there are a few things that are proving to be quite helpful. I just added squats & lunges this week & my legs hurt, so I picked up that neon colored muscle roller. The two sets of resistance bands help with toning my arms, but they're also good at helping my tone my core as well. And then of course there's my yoga mat I also took @Wedgy's advice & got one of those water bottles with the markings along the side to tell how much water I've drank so far. 1

RuthisianCodex
Tonight's dinner: Spicy ginger garlic broiled shrimp over jasmine rice. The recipe for the shrimp: 1 to 2 pounds of thawed, peeled, & de-veined super colossal shrimp(I got them from Wal-Mart), 2 tablespoons of ponzu sauce(this is citrus flavored soy sauce for those that don't know), 1 to 2 tablespoons of spicy garlic paste, 1 to 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste(I love garlic & that spicy garlic paste has a light garlic flavor but you can always just use minced ginger instead of ginger garlic paste). Let set in marinade for a few hours or overnight. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve over your favorite rice or stir fried vegetables & of course, your favorite drink(I'm having chilled Chinese white tea).
